Claims (5)
- 제1 액체 렌즈를 포함하는 제1 렌즈 어셈블리; 및
제2 액체 렌즈를 포함하는 제2 렌즈 어셈블리를 포함하되,
상기 제1 액체 렌즈 및 상기 제2 액체 렌즈 각각은,
캐비티(cavity), 상기 캐비티에 배치되는 전도성 액체와 비전도성 액체, 제1 전극과 제2 전극 및 상기 캐비티를 형성하는 내측면을 따라 상기 제1 전극의 적어도 일부를 덮도록 배치되는 절연층을 포함하되,
상기 제1 액체 렌즈의 절연층과 상기 제2 액체 렌즈의 절연층은 서로 다른 두께를 갖는, 듀얼 카메라 모듈. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 렌즈 어셈블리 및 상기 제2 렌즈 어셈블리에 동일한 구동 전압을 동시에 인가하는 제어회로를 더 포함하는, 듀얼 카메라 모듈. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 액체 렌즈의 절연층은 상기 제2 액체 렌즈의 절연층보다 얇은 두께를 갖는 경우,
동일한 구동 전압에서 상기 제1 액체 렌즈는 상기 제2 액체 렌즈보다 작은 초점 거리를 갖는, 듀얼 카메라 모듈. - 제3 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 렌즈 어셈블리는 광각 렌즈로 동작하고,
상기 제2 렌즈 어셈블리는 협각 렌즈로 동작하는, 듀얼 카메라 모듈. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 액체 렌즈 및 상기 제2 액체 렌즈 각각의 절연층의 두께는,
1um 내지 6um인, 듀얼 카메라 모듈.
