Claims (9)
- 컨트롤러가 2단에서 1단으로 다운시프트 변속 진입시, 변속기입력토크를 저감 요청하는 입력토크저감단계;
컨트롤러가 상기 다운시프트 변속 중 가속페달 조작에 의한 가속 여부를 판단하는 가속판단단계; 및
컨트롤러가 상기 변속 중 가속으로 판단시, 1단기어가 치합된 후에 클러치토크를 교환하는 토크페이즈 구간에서 변속기입력토크의 저감요청량이 점진적으로 감소되기 시작하도록 제어하는 토크저감량감소단계;를 포함하는 하이브리드 DCT차량용 변속 제어방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 토크저감량감소단계는,
상기 1단기어의 치합이 완료되었는지 판단하는 단계;
APS(Accelerator Pedal Sensor)의 계측에 의해 가속시점을 판단하는 단계; 및
상기 가속시점이 1단기어의 치합이 완료되기 전인 경우, 기어치합이 완료된 후 상기 토크페이즈 구간에 진입하면서부터 변속기입력토크의 저감요청량을 감소시키는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 DCT차량용 변속 제어방법. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 가속시점이 상기 1단기어 치합이 완료된 후 토크페이즈 구간 내에서 이루어지는 경우, 상기 가속시점부터 변속기입력토크의 저감요청량을 감소시키는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 DCT차량용 변속 제어방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 토크저감량감소단계에서는,
상기 변속기입력토크의 저감요청량이 소정의 기울기를 그리며 점진적으로 감소되도록 제어하되, 상기 기울기는 APS개도량에 따라 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 DCT차량용 변속 제어방법. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 토크저감량감소단계에서는,
상기 토크페이즈 구간에서 변속기입력토크의 저감요청량을 1차 감소시키고;
상기 토크페이즈 구간이 종료된 직후에 APS개도량이 0 초과시, 변속기입력토크의 저감요청량을 2차 감소시키며;
상기 1차 감소에 의한 기울기와 상기 2차 감소에 의한 기울기가 선형적으로 이어지도록 감소 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 DCT차량용 변속 제어방법. - 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 토크페이즈 구간이 종료된 후에 실시하는 2차 토크 저감요청량 감소 제어는, 현재 변속기입력토크가 변속 초기에 변속기입력토크를 저감 요청하기 직전의 변속기입력토크에 도달할 때까지 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 DCT차량용 변속 제어방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 변속 중 가속 여부 판단 결과, 가속이 아닌 경우, 변속기입력토크를 확인하는 단계;
상기 변속기입력토크가 0 이하인 경우, 변속초기 저감요청한 변속기입력토크 저감요청량을 토크페이즈 구간 종료시까지 유지하는 단계;
상기 토크페이즈 구간 종료시, 변속기입력토크 저감 요청을 해제하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 DCT차량용 변속 제어방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 변속 중 가속 여부 판단 결과, 가속이 아닌 경우, 변속기입력토크를 확인하는 단계;
상기 변속기입력토크가 0 초과인 경우, 변속초기 저감요청한 변속기입력토크 저감요청량을 토크페이즈 구간 종료시까지 유지하는 단계;
상기 토크페이즈 구간 종료시, 변속기입력토크의 저감요청량이 점진적으로 감소되도록 제어하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 DCT차량용 변속 제어방법. - 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 변속기입력토크의 저감요청량이 소정의 기울기를 그리며 감소되도록 제어하되, 상기 기울기는 변속기입력토크에 따라 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 DCT차량용 변속 제어방법.
