Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 추출제 농도의 함수로서 Mo(VI) 및 Re(VII)의 금속 추출 효율에 대한 수성 매체의 효과를 나타낸 것이다.
Claims (7)
- Mo(VI) 및 Re(VII)를 함유하는 수용액에 옥심(oxime)계 킬레이트 추출제를 혼합하여 Mo(VI)를 추출하는 단계; 및
상기 Mo(VI)를 추출한 후 생성된 라피네이트(raffinate)에 액체 포스핀 산화물(phosphine oxides) 및 포스포늄(phosphonium) 기반 이온성 액체의 유기 혼합물 이용하여 Re(VII)을 추출하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 옥심계 킬레이트 추출제는 금속 킬레이트화를 형성하는 양이온 교환 메커니즘을 나타내는 페놀기 및 카르복실산 유도체로 이루어진 것이며,
상기 액체 포스핀 산화물은 디옥틸-모노헥실 포스핀 옥사이드(dioctyl-monohexyl phosphine oxide), 모노-옥틸 디헥실 포스핀 옥사이드(mono-octyl dihexyl phosphine oxide), 트라이-헥실 포스핀 옥사이드(tri-hexyl phosphine oxide) 및 트라이-n-옥틸 포스핀 옥사이드(tri-n-octyl phosphine oxide)의 혼합물을 포함하는 것이고,
상기 포스포늄 기반 이온성 액체는 분자량이 350 g/mol 이상의 포스포늄계 이온성 액체인 것이며,
상기 Mo(VI)를 추출한 후 Mo(VI)-함유 옥심계 킬레이트 추출제는 NaOH/NH4OH의 알칼리 용액과 접촉하여 Mo(VI)를 순수한 형태로 유기상에서 수상으로 회수하고, 상기 Re(VII)를 추출한 후 Re(VII) 함유 유기 혼합물을 NaOH/NH4OH의 알칼리 용액과 접촉시켜 Re(VII)를 유기상에서 순수한 형태로 수상으로 회수하는 것인 Mo(IV) 및 Re(VII)의 용매 추출 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 Mo(VI)를 추출하는 단계에서,
상기 Mo(VI)는 수성 상에 용해되고, 상기 Re(VII)은 용해되지 않고 남아있는 라피네이트를 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 Mo(IV) 및 Re(VII)의 용매 추출 방법.
