Description
도 2는, 도 1에 도시되어 있는 리튬 이온 이차 전지의 각 상태에 있어서의 모습을 도시하는 모식도이다.
도 3은, 다른 구성의 리튬 이온 이차 전지의 각 상태에 있어서의 모습을 도시하는 모식도이다.
도 4는, 본 발명의 실시 형태에 따른 도포 시공 장치의 구성을 도시하는 개략도이며, (a)는 도포 시공 장치의 구성을 도시하는 측면도이며, (b)는 그라비아 롤의 사시도이다.
도 5는, 그라비아 롤의 회전 비율과 단위면적당 중량의 관계를 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 6의 (a)는 직경 150mm의 그라비아 롤을 사용하여, 회전 비율을 70%로 하여 도포 시공했을 때의 내열층의 표면 상태를 나타내는 사진이며, (b)는 직경 50mm의 그라비아 롤을 사용하여, 회전 비율을 70%로 하여 도포 시공했을 때의 내열층의 표면 상태를 나타내는 사진이다.

- 그라비아 롤을 사용해서 필름을 도포하는 리버스 그라비아 방식의 도포 시공 방법으로서,
상기 그라비아 롤의 직경을 a(mm)라 하고,
상기 필름의 반송 속도에 대한 상기 그라비아 롤의 주속의 비율을 b(%)라 하고,
상기 그라비아 롤의 외주의 단위면적당 설치된, 상기 그라비아 롤의 오목부의 용적을 c(mL/m2)라 했을 때,
0<a×c/b<113
을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도포 시공 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
a×c/b≤90
을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도포 시공 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,

를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도포 시공 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,

을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도포 시공 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 도포 시공 방법을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 필름의 제조 방법.
- 필름의 반송 방향에 대하여 리버스 방향으로 회전하는 그라비아 롤을 구비하고 있고,
상기 그라비아 롤의 직경을 a(mm)라 하고,
상기 필름의 반송 속도에 대한 상기 그라비아 롤의 주속의 비율을 b(%)라 하고,
