Abstract
Description
도 2는 일 실시양태에 따른 베이스 기재, 규소 화합물 층 및 탄성 물질 층의 구조를 도시한 것이다.
도 3은, 비교예에 따른, 규소 화합물 층이 침착되지 않은 중합체 물질 기재의 표면을 가로질러 취한 단면을 도시하는 다이어그램이다.
도 4a 내지 도 4c는, 일부 실시양태에 따른, 임계치(threshold) 수준 미만의 두께 및 임계치 수준 미만의 조도의 규소 화합물 층을 각각 갖는 중합체 물질 기재의 표면을 가로질러 취한 단면도이다.
도 5a 내지 도 5c는, 일부 실시양태에 따른, 임계치 미만의 두께 및 임계치 범위 내의 조도의 규소 화합물 층을 각각 갖는 중합체 물질 기재의 표면을 가로질러 취한 단면도이다.
도 6은, 일 실시양태에 따른, 임계치 초과의 두께 및 임계치 범위 내의 조도를 갖는 규소 화합물 층을 갖는 중합체 물질 기재의 표면을 가로질러 취한 단면도이다.
도 7은, 일 실시양태에 따른, 임계치 미만의 두께 및 임계치 범위 초과의 조도의 규소 화합물 층을 갖는 중합체 물질 기재의 표면을 가로질러 취한 단면도이다.
Claims (21)
- 베이스 기재,
상기 베이스 기재 상의 규소 화합물 층, 및
상기 규소 화합물 층의 표면 상의 탄성(resilient) 물질 층
을 포함하는 제조 물품으로서, 이때 상기 규소 화합물 층은 Ra 단위(unit)로 50 nm 내지 600 nm 사이의 표면 조도를 갖는 것인, 제조 물품. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 규소 화합물 층의 두께는 1000 nm 미만 50 nm 초과인, 제조 물품. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 규소 화합물 층이 SiOxCyHz 층인, 제조 물품. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 SiOxCyHz 층이 28 내지 30 중량%의 규소, 60 내지 65 중량%의 산소, 0 내지 1 중량%의 탄소 및 6 내지 9 중량%의 수소를 포함하는, 제조 물품. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 베이스 기재가 열가소성 중합체, 열경화성 중합체, 실리콘 고무, 금속 및 유리 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는, 제조 물품. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 중합체가 폴리프로필렌(PP), 폴리에스테르 설폰(PES), 폴리페닐 설폰(PPSU), 폴리아미드(PA), 트리탄, 폴리카보네이트(PC), 및 나일론 중 적어도 하나인, 제조 물품. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 탄성 물질 층은 액체 실리콘 고무(LSR), 열경화 고무(HCR) 실리콘, 및 이들의 조합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 물질인, 제조 물품. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 베이스 기재는 PPSU이고, 상기 탄성 물질 층은 실리콘 고무인, 제조 물품. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 규소 화합물 층은 플라즈마-강화 화학 증착(PECVD)을 사용하여 상기 베이스 기재 상에 침착되는, 제조 물품. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 PECVD는 전구체 헥사메틸디실록산(HMDSO)을 플라즈마 하에 반응성 가스 산소(O2)와 반응시킴으로써 수행되는, 제조 물품. - 플라즈마-강화 화학 증착(PECVD)을 수행하여 제조 물품의 베이스 기재 상에 규소 화합물 층을 침착시키는 단계; 및
상기 규소 화합물 층의 표면 상에 탄성 물질 층을 형성하는 단계
를 포함하는 방법으로서, 이때 상기 규소 화합물 층의 표면 조도는 Ra 단위로 50nm 내지 600nm인, 방법. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 규소 화합물 층의 두께는 1000 nm 미만 50 nm 초과인, 방법. - 삭제
- 제11항에 있어서,
상기 규소 화합물 층은 SiOxCyHz 층인, 방법. - 제14항에 있어서,

상기 탄성 물질 층은 액체 실리콘 고무(LSR), 열경화 고무(HCR) 실리콘 및 이들의 조합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 물질인, 방법. - 제11항에 있어서,
