Claims (10)
- (1) 실리카 혼합액 및 바인더 용액을 혼합부에서 혼합하여 실리카 마스터배치 조성물을 얻는 단계;
(2) 상기 실리카 마스터배치 조성물을 이송부를 통해 침전조로 이송하는 단계;
(3) 상기 실리카 마스터배치 조성물을 상기 침전조로 이송하는 도중에 상기 이송부에 응고제를 투입하여 응집물을 형성하는 단계;및
(4) 상기 응집물로부터 실리카 마스터배치를 수득하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 (1) 단계 이전에 실리카 100 중량부에 대하여 물 200 ~ 400 중량부를 혼합하여 실리카 혼합액을 제조하며,
상기 (1) 단계에서, 상기 실리카 혼합액 중 실리카 100 중량부에 대하여 바인더 용액을 바인더 용액 중 고형분을 기준으로 하여 11 ~ 50 중량부로 혼합하며,
상기 실리카 혼합액에 포함되는 실리카는 오일 또는 왁스로 0.3 ~ 0.5 중량% 코팅되고,
상기 바인더 용액은 라텍스 함유 바인더 용액 또는 고분자 에멀젼인 실리카 마스터배치 제조방법.

상기 라텍스는 천연고무(NR) 라텍스, 스티렌-부타디엔고무(SBR) 라텍스 및 니트릴계고무(NBR) 라텍스로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 실리카 마스터배치 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 고분자 에멀젼은 폴리우레탄(PU) 에멀젼, 에틸렌비닐아세테이트(EVA) 에멀젼 및 폴리비닐알코올(PVA) 에멀젼으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 실리카 마스터배치 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 응고제는 황산 마그네슘, 황산 알루미늄, 시트르산(C6H8O7) 및 락트산(C3H6O3)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 마스터배치 제조방법.

- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 실리카 혼합액은 계면활성제(유화제), 전분 올리고머, 녹는점이 30℃ 이하인 알코올 및 아크릴계 증점제를 단독 또는 혼용한 첨가제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리카 마스터배치 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (4) 단계는 상기 응집물을 망(sieve) 구조의 벨트에서 건조하거나 원심분리 후 건조를 수행하여 실리카 마스터배치를 수득하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리카 마스터배치 제조방법.
