Claims (3)
- 실리콘 컬러 전용 결합중합체를 제조하는 결합중합체 제조 단계;
상기 결합중합체를 혼합하여 제조되는 잉크페이스트를 제조하는 단계;
콘택트렌즈 몰드 표면에 패드인쇄기로 인쇄하여 착색하는 단계;
상기 콘택트렌즈 몰드를 이용하여 실리콘 하이드로겔 컬러 콘택트렌즈를 중합하여 렌즈를 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 것으로,
상기 결합중합체를 제조하는 단계는 ,
단량체 2-하이드록시에틸메타크릴레이트 , 메타크릴산 , 메틸메타크릴레이트 , 또는 글리세릴메타크릴레이트;
실리콘 단량체;
중합 개시제;
용매;
점도유지제를; 혼합하여 교반하여 제조하는 것이며,
상기 패드인쇄기로 잉크페이스트를 인쇄하는 몰드는 상부몰드인 실리콘 하이드로겔 컬러 콘택트렌즈의 제조방법에 있어서,
상기 실리콘 컬러 전용 결합중합체를 제조하는 단계는 단량체 2-하이드록시에틸메타크릴레이트 10~40중량부, 실리콘 단량체 5~20부, 메타크릴산 0.1~2중량부, 메틸메타크릴레이트 0.1~2중량부, 글리세릴메타크릴레이트 0.5~5중량부, 중합 개시제인 디페닐 2-에틸헥실 포스페이트 0.5~~5중량부, 용매인 에틸 셀로솔브 30~60중량부, 부틸 셀로솔브 10~40중량부, 점도유지제인 폴리에틸렌글리콜을 0.5~10중량부를 혼합하여 60~65℃의 항온조에 넣고 질소를 15ml/min으로 투입하면서 300rpm의 속도로 2~3시간 교반하며 결합중합체를 제조하는 것이며,
상기 잉크페이스트를 제조하는 단계는 30~40℃ 온도에서 안료와 결합중합체의 혼합물을 75~85중량부, 경화제 0.1~1중량부를 페이스트 믹서에 분산 혼합시켜 잉크페이스트를 제조한 후 콘택트렌즈 상형 몰드 표면에 패드인쇄기로 인쇄하는 것이며,
상기 실리콘 하이드로겔 컬러 콘택트렌즈를 중합하여 렌즈를 형성하는 단계는 2-하이드록시에틸메타크릴레이트 10~40중량부, 실리콘 단량체 25~50중량부, 친수성 단량체 10~40중량부, 10~40중량부, 가교결합제로 트리(에틸렌 글리콜)디메타크릴레이트 0.1~0.7중량부, 에틸렌 글리콜 디메타크릴레이트 0.1~0.7중량부, 개시제인 아조비스 2,4-디메틸발레로니트릴 0.5~2중량부를 첨가 및 교반하여 110~120℃에서 1시간 열중합하되, 친수성 단량체는 NVP. MPC, 또는 DMA인 것이며,
마지막단계로서 렌즈를 중합 후 미반응 물질인 단량체를 제거하고, 표면을 개질하는 것으로, 상기 미반응 물질인 단량체를 제거하는 것은 유기 용매 혼합물로 제거하되, 상기 유기 용매 혼합물은 프로판올, 부탄올, 펜탄올, 헥산올, 렙탄올, 옥탄올, 나노올, t-아민 알콜, 또는 이소프로판올을 사용하며, 상기 렌즈 표면을 개질하는 방법은 MBAA(N',N'-Methylenebisacrylamide Solution), APS(Ammonium persulfated), 히알루론산, MPC Polymer, Carbopol을 개량 후 혼합하여 렌즈를 담근 후 45~70℃ 온도에서 1시간동안 표면을 코팅하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 하이드로겔 컬러 콘택트렌즈의 제조방법 - 삭제
