Claims (18)
- 복합 샌드위치 구조물의 제조 방법으로서,
표면상에 제1 보강 재료 층을 포함하는 베이스 레이업(base lay-up)을 제공하는 단계;
상기 베이스 레이업 상에, 적어도 부분적으로 캐리어 액체와 바인딩 해제(unbound) 미세구로 채워진 개방 셀룰러 구조물을 포함하는 코어 층을 제공하는 단계;
상기 코어 층의 위에 제2 보강 재료 층을 포함하는 상부 레이업(top lay-up)을 제공하는 단계;
상기 개방 셀룰러 구조물이 적어도 부분적으로 캐리어 액체와 바인딩 해제 미세구로 채워진 후, 압력차를 통해 상기 배열 내에 매트릭스 물질을 도입하는 단계;
상기 매트릭스 물질을 경화시키는 단계를 포함하는, 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 개방 셀룰러 구조물은 허니컴 재료이며 상기 허니컴은 개방 셀 구조를 포함하는, 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 미세구는 하나 이상의 유형의 미세구를 포함하는 방법. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
