Claims (18)
- 혈관 분지(vascular branches)영역, 분지 동맥류에서 혈관 동맥류(A)의 폐색(occlusion of aneurysms)에 사용되는 임플란트(1)로서, 상기 임플란트가 혈관(Z) 내에 이식된 때 확장 상태에 있고 혈관을 관통하여 이동가능할 때 수축 상태에 있으며, 상기 임플란트가, 그에 의하여 혈관 벽에 고정될 수 있는 근접 고정 섹션(proximal fixing section)(3)과, 상기 고정 섹션에 대해 임플란트가 반경방향으로 확장되고 동맥류의 내부 또는 전방에 식립되는 말단 섹션(distal section)(5), 및 상기 고정 섹션(3)과 상기 말단 섹션(5) 사이에 위치된 전이 섹션(transition section)(4)을 구비하며, 상기 고정 섹션(3)은 제1 분리점(6)을 통하여 삽입보조구(2)에 분리 가능하게 연결되며,
상기 임플란트(1)의 상기 고정 섹션(3)은 서로 연결되거나 서로 교차하는 웹들 또는 와이어들로 구성되고,
상기 전이 섹션(4)에는 상기 말단 섹션(5)이 상기 고정 섹션(3)으로부터 분리될 수 있도록 하는 하나의 단일 제2 분리점(7)이 설치되고,
상기 고정 섹션(3) 또는 상기 말단 섹션(5)로부터 시작하는 하나 또는 다수의 웹들 또는 와이어들은 상기 전이 섹션(4) 내로 제2 분리점(7)에 의해 중심적으로 서로 함께 진행하거나 수렴하고,
상기 제1 분리점(6)을 위한 분리 메카니즘과 제2 분리점(7)을 위한 분리 메카니즘은 서로 상이한 것을 특징으로 하는 임플란트. - 삭제

상기 말단 섹션(5)은 확장 상태에서 적어도 부분적으로 반경 방향 외측으로 향하는 복수의 스트럿들, 루프들 또는 아치들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 임플란트. - 청구항 8에 있어서,
확장 상태에서 상기 스트럿들, 루프들 또는 아치들의 각도는 상기 임플란트(1)의 세로방향 축에 대하여, -45°와 +175°사이에서 변동하고, 양의 각도(positive angle)는 반경 방향 외측으로 상기 스트럿들, 루프들 또는 아치들이 향하는 것이고, 음의 각도(negative angle)는 상기 스트럿들, 루프들 또는 아치들이 반경방향 내측으로 향하는 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 임플란트. - 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 루프들 또는 아치들에는 그 내부에 멤브레인(8)이 설치되거나 또는 멤 브레인(8)이 상기 스트럿들 사이로 스팬되는 것을 특징으로 하는 임플란트 - 청구항 1 또는 4에 있어서,
상기 말단 섹션(5)이 확장상태에서 구형, 버섯 형태, 앵커, 또는 타원 형상으로 반경 방향으로 확장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 임플란트. - 청구항 1 또는 4에 있어서,
하나 또는 다수의 분리 요소들이 상기 말단 섹션(5)에 중심적으로 배치되고,
상기 분리 요소들이 적어도 부분적으로 식립된 상태에서 동맥류(A)의 목부를 폐색하는 것을 특징으로 하는 임플란트. - 청구항 12에 있어서,
상기 분리 요소들은 파이버, 실, 와이어 또는 멤브레인(8)으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 임플란트. - 청구항 13에 있어서,
상기 멤브레인(8)은, 확장 상태에서 근접 방향으로 연장하고, 원추형 또는 피라미드형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 임플란트. - 청구항 13에 있어서,
상기 멤브레인(8)은 하나 또는 다수의 개구를 가지거나, 상기 멤브레인(8) 내에 하나 이상의 개구가 피어싱 방법으로 만들어 질 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 임플란트. - 청구항 9에 있어서,
