Claims (16)
- 폴리부틸렌아디페이트테레프탈레이트 및 중량평균분자량(Mw)이 2,000 내지 8,000 g/mol인 폴리에틸렌아디페이트 올리고머를 포함하는 생분해성 고분자 조성물로부터 제조되고,
상기 생분해성 고분자 조성물을 이용하여 제조된 50±2㎛ 두께의 필름이 하기 식 1을 만족하는 것인 농업용 멀칭 필름.
[식 1] TS2/TSi ≥ 0.8
(상기 식 1에서,
TSi는 필름 제조 직후 측정한 인장강도 값이고, TS2는 필름 제조일로부터 2년 경과 후 측정한 인장강도 값이며, 상기 인장강도는 ISO-527 규격에 의거하여 측정한 것이다.) - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리에틸렌아디페이트 올리고머는 중량평균분자량(Mw)이 2,000 내지 5,000 g/mol인 농업용 멀칭 필름. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리부틸렌아디페이트테레프탈레이트는 산가가 1.2 mg KOH/g 이하인 농업용 멀칭 필름. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 생분해성 고분자 조성물은 폴리부틸렌석시네이트, 폴리카프로락톤, 폴리락트산 및 폴리글라이콜산으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 하나 또는 둘 이상의 지방족 폴리에스테르를 더 포함하는 농업용 멀칭 필름. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 생분해성 고분자 조성물은 폴리부틸렌석시네이트 및 폴리락트산을 더 포함하는 농업용 멀칭 필름. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리에틸렌아디페이트 올리고머는 폴리부틸렌아디페이트테레프탈레이트 100 중량부에 대하여, 1 내지 10 중량부로 포함되는 것인 농업용 멀칭 필름. - 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 지방족 폴리에스테르는 폴리부틸렌아디페이트테레프탈레이트 100 중량부에 대하여 5 내지 30 중량부 포함되는 것인 농업용 멀칭 필름. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리에틸렌아디페이트 올리고머의 말단은 하이드록시기를 가지는 것인 농업용 멀칭 필름. - 삭제

상기 고분자 조성물을 이용하여 제조된 50±2㎛ 두께의 필름이 하기 식 1을 만족하는 것인 농업용 멀칭 필름의 제조방법.

상기 고분자 조성물을 압출하여 펠렛을 제조하는 단계; 및 상기 펠렛을 가공하여 필름을 제조하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 농업용 멀칭 필름의 제조방법.
