Claims (10)
- 가스 보호 후드(20)를 통해 주위환경으로부터 분리되는 용융 챔버(190)를 갖는 용융 설비로서,
가스 보호 후드(20)는 용융될 전극(70)을 이동시키기 위한 전극 로드(40)가 밀봉 수단에 의해 기밀 방식으로 안내되는 리드 스루(30)를 구비하고,
전극 로드(40)에 작용하는 가스 압력을 보상하도록 용융 챔버 내의 지배적인 가스 압력과 비례상관관계에 있는 전극 로드(40) 균등화력을 가하기 위한 균등화 수단(140)이 제공되되,
오일 컨테이너(160)는 용융 챔버(190)에 공기가 소통하고 균등화 수단(140)에 유압식으로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는
용융 설비. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 균등화 수단(140)은 상기 용융 챔버(190)에 가해질 수 있는 정압뿐만 아니라 부압에 대응하는 보상력인
용융 설비. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 전극 로드(40)를 이송하기 위한 구동 유닛(50)이 전극 로드(40)의 상단에 연결된
용융 설비. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 구동 유닛(50)은 상기 전극 로드(40)에 맞물린 구동 스핀들(130)을 포함하고, 상기 구동 스핀들(130)은 수나사를 구비하고 대응되는 상기 전극 로드(40)의 암나사에 맞물린
용융 설비. - 제3항에 있어서,
적어도 하나의 가이드(41, 42)를 경유하는 상기 구동 유닛(50)은 하부 횡단부재(180)에 연결되고, 상기 하부 횡단부재(180)는 균등화 수단의 고정 실린더들에 연결되며, 상부 횡단부재(170)는 균등화 수단(140)의 가동 피스톤들뿐만 아니라 전극 로드(40)에도 연결된
용융 설비. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전극 로드(40)를 구동하기 위한 구동 유닛(50)은 프레임(10)에 연결되고 전극 로드(40)의 자중과 수용된 전극(70)으로부터 야기되는 힘 또는 모멘텀은 프레임(10)을 경유하여 주위환경으로 흩어져 소멸될 수 있으며, 프레임(10)은 가스 보호 후드(20)로부터 독립되도록 구현된
용융 설비. - 제1항에 있어서,
복수개의 균등화 수단(140)은 전극 로드(40)의 중심축으로부터 반경 방향으로 오프셋되도록 배치되고 균등화 수단의 작동 시 전극 로드(40)에서의 틸팅 모멘텀 또는 토크의 발생을 피할 수 있도록 대칭으로 배치된
용융 설비. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 균등화 수단(140)은 피스톤/실린더 배열을 가지고, 균등화 수단(140)의 개별적인 피스톤의 실질적인 단면의 합은 전극 로드(40)의 단면에 동일한
용융 설비. - 전극 용융 설비를 운전하는 방법으로서,
전극 로드(40)는 용융 챔버(190)에서 전극을 움직이고 용융 챔버(190)는 주위환경에 대하여 기밀 방식으로 밀봉되며, 구동 유닛(50)은 용융 챔버(190) 외측에 구비되고 전극 로드(40)를 구동함으로써, 용융 챔버(190)에서 발생되는 정압뿐만 아니라 부압에 의해 전극 로드(40)에 초래된 힘들이 유체기술 측면에서 용융 챔버와 소통하는 적어도 하나의 균등화 실린더(140)에 의해 균등화 되되,
오일 컨테이너(160)는 용융 챔버(190)에 공기가 소통하고 균등화 수단(140)에 유압식으로 연결되는
