Claims (27)
- 입사광을 1차 분광하는 분산 요소(dispersive element); 및
상기 분산 요소에 의해 분광된 광을 2차 분광하되 상기 분산 요소보다 높은 분광 분해능으로 2차 분광하여 디텍터로 제공하는 필터들을 구비하는 필터 어레이(filter array);를 포함하며,
상기 필터들은 상기 분산 요소에 의해 분광된 광 성분의 파장 순서와 동일한 순서로 파장대별로 배열된 상태로 상기 디텍터에 집적된 분광 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
입사광을 콜리메이팅시켜 상기 분산 요소로 전달하는 콜리메이팅 렌즈(collimating lens)를 더 포함하는 분광 장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 분산 요소는 콜리메이팅을 거친 입사광을 분광시키면서 투과시키는 투과형 회절 격자(diffraction grating)를 포함하는 분광 장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 분산 요소는 프리즘을 포함하는 분광 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 분산 요소는 입사광을 분광시키면서 반사시키는 반사형 회절 격자를 포함하는 분광 장치. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 반사형 회절 격자는 상기 필터 어레이의 광 입사면에 대해 경사진 반사 평면에 그레이팅이 형성된 분광 장치. - 제6항에 있어서,
라만 산란광을 포함한 입사광으로부터 라만 산란광 이외의 성분을 제거해서 상기 필터 어레이로 전달하는 제거 필터(rejection filter)를 더 포함하는 분광 장치. - 제6항에 있어서,
라만 산란광을 포함한 입사광을 상기 반사형 회절 격자로 콜리메이팅시키는 포물면 집광기(Parabolic Concentrator)를 더 포함하는 분광 장치. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 반사형 회절 격자는 상기 필터 어레이의 광 입사면을 향해 오목하게 굽어진 반사 곡면에 그레이팅이 형성된 분광 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 분산 요소에 의해 분광된 광을 집속시켜 상기 필터 어레이로 전달하는 초점 렌즈(focal lens)를 더 포함하는 분광 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 분산 요소는 간섭 필터(interference filter)를 포함하는 분광 장치. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 필터 어레이는 필터들이 동심으로 파장대별로 배열된 분광 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
