Abstract
또한, 본 발명에 따른 유기발광 표시장치는, 표시패널, 데이터 드라이버, 게이트 드라이버, 타이밍 컨트롤러, 전압 공급부, 서로 다른 기저전압을 선택적으로 공급하는 전압변환부를 포함함으로써, 각 서브픽셀에 배치된 유기발광 다이오드의 캐소드에 인가될 기저전압을 선택적으로 출력할 수 있도록 한 효과가 있다.

Claims (14)
- 표시패널에 공급하기 위한 포지티브 전압과 네가티브 전압을 생성하는 기준전압 셋팅부;
상기 기준전압 셋팅부에서 출력되는 포지티브 전압 또는 네가티브 전압을 입력단자로 공급받아 포지티브 전압 또는 네가티브 전압을 출력단자로 출력하는 증폭기; 및
상기 증폭기의 출력단자와 그라운드 사이에 배치된 제1 및 제2 스위치부를 포함하되,
제1 모드에서
상기 기준전압 셋팅부는 오프되고, 상기 제1 및 제2 스위치부가 턴-온되어 상기 증폭기의 출력단자가 상기 그라운드와 전기적으로 연결되며,
제2 모드에서
상기 기준전압 셋팅부는 포지티브 전압을 출력하고, 상기 제1 및 제2 스위치부가 턴-오프되어 상기 증폭기의 출력단자를 통해 상기 포지티브 전압이 상기 표시패널로 공급되며,
제3 모드에서

상기 기준전압 셋팅부에서 출력되는 포지티브 전압 또는 네가티브 전압을 입력단자로 공급받아 포지티브 전압 또는 네가티브 전압을 출력단자로 출력하는 증폭기; 및
상기 증폭기의 출력단자와 그라운드 사이에 배치된 제1 및 제2 스위치부를 포함하고,
제1 모드에서
상기 기준전압 셋팅부는 오프되고, 상기 제1 및 제2 스위치부가 턴-온되어 상기 증폭기의 출력단자가 상기 그라운드와 전기적으로 연결되며,

상기 제어부의 제어 신호에따라 포지티브 전압 또는 네가티브 전압을 출력하는 전압생성부를 포함하는 유기발광 표시장치. - 제12항에 있어서,
상기 전압생성부는 레지스터와 증폭기를 포함하는 유기발광 표시장치. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 제1 모드는 디스플레이 모드이고,
상기 제2 모드는 상기 표시패널의 서브픽셀에 배치된 구동 트랜지스터의 열화 보상을 위한 센싱 모드이고,
상기 제3 모드는 상기 표시패널의 서브픽셀에 배치된 유기발광 다이오드의 열화 보상을 위한 센싱 모드인 유기발광 표시장치.
