Claims (20)
- 내부 공간이 형성되어 있는 모듈 케이스;
상기 모듈 케이스의 내부 공간에 존재하는 복수의 배터리셀; 및
기재의 양면에 위치하는 점착제층을 매개로 상기 배터리셀 또는 모듈 케이스에 부착되는 복수개의 점착 부재를 포함하고,
상기 점착 부재는, 상기 배터리셀과 배터리셀의 사이에 위치하며,
상기 점착 부재의 기재는, 하기 일반식 2에 따른 신장률(elongation)이 100 % 이상이고, ASTM D395에 따른 영구압축줄음률이 60 % 이하이며,
하기 일반식 1을 만족하는 배터리 모듈:

상기 일반식 1에서, T는 기재의 두께 비율(%)로서 ST는 배터리 모듈에 포함되는 복수개의 점착 부재에 포함되는 기재의 두께(mm)를 모두 합한 것이고, CL은 모듈 케이스에 의해 형성된 내부 공간의 길이(mm)이다:

상기 일반식 2에서, L은 기재의 신장률로서 L1은 기재의 xy축의 길이이며, L2는 ASTM D412 type A의 방법에 따라 측정한 xy축의 길이이다. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 배터리 모듈에 포함되는 복수개의 점착 부재에 포함되는 기재의 두께를 모두 합한 값(ST)이 2 mm 내지 43 mm 의 범위 내인 배터리 모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 점착 부재의 기재는 폴리우레탄(polyurethane), 에틸렌초산비닐(Ethylene-vinyl acetate), 초저밀도 폴리에틸렌(Ultra-Low Density Polyethylene), 선형저밀도 폴리에틸렌(Linear Low Density Polyethylene), 저밀도 폴리에틸렌(Low density polyethylene), 폴리스티렌(Polystyrene) 또는 폴리프로필렌(polypropylene), 폴리염화 비닐(Polyvinyl chloride)를 포함하는 배터리 모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 점착 부재의 기재는 밀도가 0 8 g/cm3 미만인 배터리 모듈.

- 내부 공간이 형성되어 있는 모듈 케이스;
상기 모듈 케이스의 내부 공간에 존재하는 복수의 배터리셀; 및
기재의 양면에 위치하는 점착제층을 매개로 상기 배터리셀 또는 모듈 케이스에 부착되는 복수개의 점착 부재를 포함하고,
하기 일반식 1을 만족하며,
상기 점착 부재의 점착제층은 하기 일반식 3의 값이 30 % 미만이 될 때의 온도 X가 60℃ 이상인 배터리 모듈:

- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 외장재는 알루미늄 금속층을 포함하는 배터리 모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 배터리셀은 두께가 각각 5.0 mm 내지 15.0 mm의 범위내인 배터리 모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 모듈 케이스의 내부 공간에 존재하는 배터리셀은 3 개 내지 40 개인 배터리 모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 배터리셀은 일단면의 면적이 각각 100 cm2 내지 1,000 cm2의 범위내인 배터리 모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 배터리셀은 중량이 각각 100 gf 내지 5,000 gf의 범위 내인 배터리 모듈.
- 내부 공간이 형성되어 있는 모듈 케이스;
상기 모듈 케이스의 내부 공간에 존재하는 복수의 배터리셀; 및
기재의 양면에 위치하는 점착제층을 매개로 상기 배터리셀 또는 모듈 케이스에 부착되는 복수개의 점착 부재를 포함하고,
하기 일반식 1을 만족하며,
상기 점착 부재의 점착제층은 접착력이 하기 일반식 4를 만족하는 배터리 모듈:

상기 일반식 4에서, CW 는 배터리 셀의 중량(gf)이고, SA는 점착제층과 접하는 방향에 위치하는 배터리의 면적(cm2)이며, Y는 상기 배터리셀의 면적에 대한 점착제층의 부착 면적의 비율(%)이며, S는 상온에서 측정한 점착제층의 접착력이다:

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 모듈 케이스 내부 공간에 존재하고, 복수의 배터리셀과 접촉하고 있으며, 또한 모듈 케이스의 하부판 또는 하부판 및 측벽과 접촉하고 있는 수지층을 추가로 포함하는 배터리 모듈.
