Claims (20)
- 전자 장치에 있어서,
모바일 카드를 발급하기 위한 서버와 통신하도록 구성된 통신 회로;
상기 모바일 카드를 저장하는 보안 엘리먼트;
메모리;
상기 통신 회로, 상기 보안 엘리먼트 및 상기 메모리와 전기적으로 연결된 프로세서를 포함하고,
상기 프로세서는,
상기 모바일 카드를 프로비저닝하면, 상기 서버로부터 상기 통신 회로를 통해 상기 모바일 카드에 대응하는 사용자의 인증을 위해 요구되는 개인 데이터 및 상기 모바일 카드에 의한 결제를 위해 요구되는 카드 데이터를 수신하고,
상기 모바일 카드의 백업을 위해 상기 개인 데이터 및 상기 카드 데이터를 포함하는 백업 데이터를 상기 보안 엘리먼트에 저장하고,
상기 백업 데이터를 상기 사용자의 다른 전자 장치로 전송하기 위한 상기 사용자의 요청을 수신함에 응답하여 상기 백업 데이터로부터 상기 개인 데이터 및 상기 카드 데이터를 획득하고,
상기 보안 엘리먼트에서 상기 백업 데이터를 삭제하고,
상기 사용자에 의해 입력된 비밀번호를 이용하여 상기 획득된 상기 개인 데이터 및 상기 카드 데이터를 암호화하고,
상기 암호화된 데이터를 상기 메모리의 보안 구역에 저장하고,
상기 암호화된 데이터를 상기 다른 전자 장치로 직접 전송하도록 설정된, 전자 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 프로세서는,
상기 개인 데이터 및 상기 카드 데이터를 포함하는 애플릿(applet)을 생성하고,
상기 모바일 카드의 백업을 위해 상기 애플릿을 상기 보안 엘리먼트에 저장하도록 설정된, 전자 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 메모리는 지갑 어플리케이션 및 TSM(trusted service manager) 에이전트를 저장하고,
상기 프로세서는,
상기 지갑 어플리케이션을 실행한 후 상기 TSM 에이전트를 이용하여 상기 서버로부터 상기 개인 데이터 및 상기 카드 데이터를 수신하고,
상기 TSM 에이전트를 이용하여 상기 백업 데이터를 상기 보안 엘리먼트에 저장하도록 설정된, 전자 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 개인 데이터는 상기 모바일 카드의 사용자의 성명, 생년월일 또는 전화번호 중 적어도 하나를 포함하고,
상기 카드 데이터는 상기 모바일 카드의 카드 번호, 만료 일자, CVV(card verification value) 또는 잔액 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는, 전자 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 프로세서는,
상기 모바일 카드와 관련된 데이터가 업데이트되면, 상기 개인 데이터 및 상기 카드 데이터가 상기 업데이트된 데이터에 대응하도록 상기 백업 데이터를 변경하도록 설정된, 전자 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 보안 엘리먼트는 eSE(embedded secure element) 또는 SIM(subscriber identity module) 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는, 전자 장치. - 삭제
