Claims (10)
- 차수용 시스 조성물로서,
베이스 수지로서 폴리에틸렌 수지와 에틸렌-알파올레핀 공중합체로서 폴리올레핀 엘라스토머(POE)를 포함하고,
상기 베이스 수지 100 중량부를 기준으로 난연제 70 내지 150 중량부를 포함하며,
상기 폴리에틸렌 수지 및 상기 폴리올레핀 엘라스토머(POE) 각각의 융점(Tm)은 90℃ 이상이고,
상기 폴리에틸렌 수지는 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌(LLDPE) 및 말레산 무수물이 그라프트된 폴리에틸렌(MA-PE)을 포함하며,
상기 폴리에틸렌 수지와 상기 폴리올레핀 엘라스토머(POE)의 중량 배합비는 70:30 내지 60:40이고,
상기 차수용 시스 조성물로부터 형성된 시스체 시편은 상온에서의 인열강도가 12N/mm 이상, 상온에서의 쇼어 D 경도가 50 이상, 70℃에서 24시간 침수 후 수분 흡습량이 1 mg/㎟ 이하, 산소지수 30 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 차수용 시스 조성물. - 삭제

- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리올레핀 엘라스토머(POE)는 에틸렌과 에틸렌 이외의 α-올레핀으로서 1-프로필렌, 1-부텐, 1-펜텐, 4-메틸-1-펜텐, 1-헥센, 1-옥텐, 1-데센, 1-도데센 및 이들의 조합으로부터 선택되는 공단량체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 차수용 시스 조성물. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 난연제는 수산화알루미늄, 수산화마그네슘, 훈타이트와 하이드로마그네사이트의 혼합물, 하이드로마그네사이트, 수산화탄산마그네슘 및 하이드로탈사이트로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 금속 수산화물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 차수용 시스 조성물. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 금속 수산화물은 표면이 소수성으로 처리된 것을 특징으로 하는, 차수용 시스 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
산화방지제, 안정화제, 흰개미방지제 및 활제로 이루어진 그룹으로 선택된 1종 이상의 첨가제를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 차수용 시스 조성물. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 시스 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로, 상기 산화방지제의 함량은 2 내지 5 중량부, 상기 안정화제의 함량은 1 내지 15 중량부, 상기 흰개미방지제의 함량은 2 내지 5 중량부, 상기 활제의 함랴은 1 내지 3 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는, 차수용 시스 조성물. - 도체;
상기 도체를 감싸는 절연층;
상기 절연층을 감싸는 금속차폐층; 및
상기 금속차폐층을 포함하는 시스층을 포함하고,
상기 시스층은 제1항의 차수용 시스 조성물로부터 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는, 차수 케이블.
