- 암모니아 분해에 의해 생성되어 적어도 질소 및 수소를 함유하는 생성가스로부터 수소를 선택적으로 분리하는 탄소분자체 분리막의 제조방법이며,
a) 무기막 상 고분자 용액을 코팅하고 열분해하여 탄소층을 제조하는 단계;
b) 상기 탄소층이 형성된 무기막에 불활성 가스를 투과시켜 수소/질소 선택도가 제어된 탄소분자체 분리막을 제조하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 b) 단계는 30 내지 250 ℃의 온도 및 6 내지 30 bar의 압력에서 수행되는 것인, 탄소분자체 분리막의 제조방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서,
상기 a) 단계는
a1) 제1무기물 입자를 사용하여 중공사 지지체를 제조하는 단계;
a2) 상기 중공사 지지체에, 제1무기물 입자보다 작은 크기를 갖는 제2무기물 입자나 제2무기물의 전구체를 함유하는 졸을 도포하고, 겔화하여 상기 중공사 지지체의 표면 기공을 메운 무기코팅층을 형성하는 단계; 및
a3) 무기코팅층이 형성된 기재를 무기막으로, 상기 무기코팅층 상에 상기 고분자 용액을 코팅 및 건조한 후, 열분해하여 탄소층을 제조하는 단계;
를 포함하는 탄소분자체 분리막의 제조방법. - 삭제
