Claims (5)
- 상하방향으로 길게 연장된 가이드 레일과, 상기 가이드 레일의 하단에 설치되며 드럼이 수용될 수 있는 드럼수용공간이 마련된 케이블구동부를 포함하는 자동차용 윈도우 레귤레이터에 있어서,
상기 가이드 레일은, 상하방향을 따라서 만곡되는 판부와, 상기 판부의 일측에서 세워지는 제1절곡부와 상기 판부의 타측에서 세워지는 제2절곡부로 구성된 절곡부를 포함하고,
상기 케이블구동부는, 중앙에 배치되고, 드럼이 수용되도록 원기둥형 오목하게 들어간 드럼수용부와, 상기 드럼수용부의 상측에 배치되고 상기 가이드 레일이 삽입되어 결합되는 레일수용부를 포함하되,
상기 레일수용부는,
가이드 레일의 판부가 끼워져 삽입되는 제1홈부와, 상기 가이드 레일의 절곡부가 끼워져 삽입되며 제1홈부에 대하여 수직으로 세워지는 제2홈부를 포함하되,
상기 제2홈부는,
외부로 개방되는 입구부와, 상기 입구부로부터 내측으로 연장되며 절곡부의 단부가 위치하는 지지부로 이루어지고, 상기 입구부의 폭은 지지부의 폭보다 커서 가이드 레일이 쉽게 삽입되게 하고,
상기 가이드 레일의 제1절곡부에는, 상기 제2홈부에 삽입되었을 때 상기 입구부와 대응되는 부분에 입구부에 억지끼움될 수 있도록 상기 판부로부터 세워지며 하측으로 갈수록 제2절곡부를 향하여 근접하도록 하향경사지는 경사면이 형성되어 있는 걸림단차가 형성되어 있어서,
상기 걸림단차의 하측의 제1절곡부와 제2절곡부 사이의 거리는,
상기 걸림단차의 상측의 제1절곡부와 제2절곡부 사이의 거리보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 윈도우 레귤레이터. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 입구부의 폭은 절곡부의 두께보다 크고 지지부로부터 멀어질수록 폭이 증가하는 형상을 가지고 있으며,
상기 가이드 레일의 걸림단차는, 입구부의 서로 대면하는 양측면에 각각 접촉되어 억지끼움되도록 절곡되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 윈도우 레귤레이터. - 삭제

- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 판부에는, 제1홈부에 억지끼움될 수 있도록 볼록하게 절곡되어 상하방향으로 연장된 끼움돌기가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 윈도우 레귤레이터.
