Claims (10)
- 내부에 제1 중공이 형성된 허브;
상기 허브와 일체로 형성된 블레이드; 및
상기 허브의 하부에 배치되며, 상기 허브의 하면 및 상기 블레이드의 하면에 결합하고, 회전체에 연결되는 디스크;를 포함하는 임펠러. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 디스크의 내부에 제2 중공이 형성된 임펠러. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 허브는,
외부의 회전축이 결합하는 결합부; 및
상기 결합부와 연결되며, 상기 제1 중공이 형성된 연장부;를 포함하는 임펠러. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 디스크는 상기 제1 중공을 폐쇄하도록 상기 허브와 결합하는 임펠러. - 내부에 제1 중공이 형성된 허브와 블레이드를 일체로 형성하는 단계;
상기 허브의 하면에 디스크를 배치하는 단계; 및
상기 디스크를 상기 허브의 하면 및 상기 블레이드의 하면에 마찰용접으로 결합하는 단계;를 포함하는 임펠러 제조방법. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 허브 및 상기 블레이드는 주조로 형성되는 임펠러 제조방법. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 디스크는 주조로 형성되는 임펠러 제조방법. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 디스크의 내부에는 제2 중공이 형성되는 임펠러 제조방법. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 디스크는 상기 제1 중공을 폐쇄하도록 상기 허브에 결합하는 임펠러 제조방법. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 허브, 상기 블레이드 및 상기 디스크는 동일한 재질인 임펠러 제조방법.
