도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 루테늄 화합물의 제조방법 중 (d) 단계의 2차 여과에서 사용된 여과포의 공극 크기(pore size)를 측정한 SEM 이미지이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라 제조된 루테늄 화합물의 입도를 측정한 SEM 이미지이다.

Claims (12)
- (a) 용매에 염화루테늄(RuCl3)과 염화암모늄(NH4Cl)을 용해한 후 환원제를 투입하여 제1용액을 제조하는 단계;
(b) 상기 제1용액을 여과한 용액에 침전제를 투입한 후 루테늄 화합물의 중간체를 침전하여 회수하는 단계;
(c) 상기 회수된 루테늄 화합물의 중간체를 포함하는 용액에 산화제를 투입하여 제2용액을 제조하는 단계;
(d) 상기 제2용액에 불순물 제거제를 투입한 후 1차 여과, 2차 여과하여 제3용액을 제조하는 단계;
(e) 상기 제3용액에 조용매를 투입하여 루테늄 화합물을 침전하는 단계; 및
(f) 상기 침전된 루테늄 화합물을 -120 내지 -10℃에서 1 내지 5시간 동안 진공동결하여 건조하는 단계
를 포함하는 루테늄 화합물의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (a) 단계에서 용매로서 농도가 2 내지 20mM이고, 수소이온농도가 pH 9 내지 13인 암모니아수(NH3)를 사용하는 것인 루테늄 화합물의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (a) 단계에서 염화루테늄과 염화암모늄을 염화루테늄:염화암모늄=1:2 내지 1:3의 당량비로 사용하는 것인 루테늄 화합물의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (a) 단계에서 환원제로서 아연(Zn) 또는 과산화수소(H2O2)를 염화루테늄 100중량%를 기준으로 30 내지 80중량%의 함량으로 사용하며, 질소 분위기에서 60 내지 95℃의 온도에 12 내지 25g/min의 속도로 투입하는 것인 루테늄 화합물의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (b) 단계에서 침전제로서 염화암모늄(NH4Cl)을 사용하는 것인 루테늄 화합물의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (c) 단계에서 산화제로서 평균입도가 100 내지 500인 염화은(AgCl)을 투입하고, 15 내지 35℃에서 0.5 내지 2시간 동안 반응을 수행하는 것인 루테늄 화합물의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (d) 단계에서 불순물 제거제로서 탄산나트륨(Na2CO3)을 제2용액 100중량%를 기준으로 0.05 내지 1중량%의 함량으로 투입하는 것인 루테늄 화합물의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (d) 단계에서 2차 여과는 공극 크기(pore size)가 0.001 내지 4.0㎛인 여과포(filter)를 사용하여 수행되는 것인 루테늄 화합물의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (e) 단계에서 조용매로서 상기 제3용액에 대하여 1 내지 3배의 염산(HCl)을 10 내지 200ml/min의 속도로 투입하고, 에탄올(EtOH)을 상기 염산 투입량에 대하여 0.1 내지 1중량%의 함량으로 투입하는 것인 루테늄 화합물의 제조방법. - 삭제
- 제1항에 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항의 제조방법으로 제조된 루테늄 화합물.
- 제11항에 있어서,
물에 대한 용해도가 300 내지 500mM인 루테늄 화합물.
