Claims (20)
- 피검체에 광을 조사하는 광원, 상기 피검체로부터 산란된 광을 검출하는 디텍터를 포함하는 광학 모듈;
상기 광학 모듈과 피검체 사이의 압력을 측정하는 압력 센서;
상기 광학 모듈이 피검체로부터 광 신호를 검출할 때의 피검체의 온도를 측정하는 온도 센서; 및
상기 검출된 광 신호를 기초로 스펙트럼을 복원하고, 상기 측정된 압력을 기초로 상기 복원된 스펙트럼을 보정하는 프로세서를 포함하고,
상기 프로세서는
온도별로 미리 측정된 복수의 기준 스펙트럼 중에서, 상기 측정된 온도를 기초로 기준 스펙트럼을 결정하는 생체정보 측정 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 광원은
LED(light emitting diode), 레이저 다이오드(laser diode) 및 형광체 중의 적어도 하나를 포함하는 복수의 광원 어레이로 형성되고,
