상기 적어도 하나의 패드는 상기 디스플레이 기판의 제 1 면의 가장자리에서 상기 디스플레이부에 전기적으로 각각 접속하는 제 1 패드와, 제 2 패드를 구비하며,
상기 제 1 컨택 전극은 제 1 접속 라인에 의하여 상기 제 1 패드에 전기적으로 연결되며, 상기 제 2 컨택 전극은 제 2 접속 라인에 의하여 상기 제 2 패드에 전기적으로 연결된 디스플레이 장치. - 삭제

상기 발광 다이오드는 레진에 의하여 고정된 디스플레이 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 디스플레이 기판의 제 2 면에는 상기 디스플레이 기판의 내부로 진행된 빛을 1차적으로 산란시키는 산란 패턴이 배치된 디스플레이 장치. - 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 디스플레이부는 박막 트랜지스터 및 상기 박막 트랜지스터를 덮는 적어도 하나의 절연층을 포함하며, 상기 절연층은 상기 디스플레이 기판으로부터 진행된 빛을 2차적으로 산란시키는 산란재를 포함하는 디스플레이 장치. - 제 1 면과, 상기 제 1 면에 반대되는 제 2 면을 구비한 디스플레이 기판;
상기 디스플레이 기판의 제 1 면 상에 배치되며, 적어도 하나의 패드가 접속된 디스플레이부; 및
상기 디스플레이 기판의 적어도 일 측면에 배치되며, 제 1 컨택 전극, 제 2 컨택 전극, 및 상기 제 1 컨택 전극 및 제 2 컨택 전극에 전기적으로 연결된 마이크로 p-n 다이오드를 가지는 발광 다이오드;를 포함하되,
상기 발광 다이오드의 크기는 상기 디스플레이 기판의 두께보다 작으며, 상기 발광 다이오드는 상기 디스플레이 기판의 측면을 통하여 상기 디스플레이 기판 내부로 직접적으로 빛을 조사하며,
상기 디스플레이 기판의 제 2 면에는 상기 디스플레이 기판의 내부로 진행된 빛을 산란시키는 산란 패턴이 배치되며,
상기 산란 패턴의 하부에는 상기 산란 패턴을 덮으며, 도전성 물질을 포함하며, 외부 장치에 전기적으로 연결된 반사판이 배치되며,
상기 제 1 컨택 전극은 상기 패드에 전기적으로 연결되며, 상기 제 2 컨택 전극은 상기 반사판에 전기적으로 연결된 디스플레이 장치. - 삭제

상기 디스플레이 기판은 상기 디스플레이부가 배치된 제 1 면과, 상기 제 1 면에 반대되는 제 2 면을 가지며, 상기 측면은 상기 제 1 면과 제 2 면을 서로 연결하는 디스플레이 장치. - 제 17 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 면에는 상기 디스플레이 기판의 측면을 통하여 상기 디스플레이 기판 내부로 진행하는 빛을 상기 제 1 면을 향하여 안내하는 적어도 하나의 패턴이 배치된 디스플레이 장치. - 제 18 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 면의 하부에는 상기 적어도 하나의 패턴을 덮으며, 조사된 빛을 제 1 면을 향하여 안내하는 적어도 하나의 판이 더 배치된 디스플레이 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 디스플레이부는 액정층을 포함하는 디스플레이 장치.
