Claims (6)
- 고점도 레진을 경화하는 광경화부 하부에 배치되며 두 개의 영역으로 분리된 배트부; 및
상기 배트부 상에 배치되며 레진을 1차 평탄화하는 제1 블레이드와 상기 제1 블레이드에 의해 도포되고 남은 레진을 2차 평탄화한 후 잔여 레진을 회수하는 제2 블레이드를 포함하는 블레이드부;를 포함하고,
상기 배트부는,
내측에 배치된 피스톤부재를 이용해 레진을 공급 및 회수하는 제1 배트부; 상기 제1 배트부 측면에 배치되며 상기 제1 배트부로부터 공급되는 레진을 이용하여 제작되는 제작물을 지지하는 제작 플랫폼을 내측에 포함하는 제2 배트부;를 포함하고,
상기 피스톤부재가 상 방향으로 이동하면 상기 제1 배트부의 상부에 배치된 덮개부와 상기 피스톤부재 사이에 위치한 레진 수용공간에 수용된 레진을 상부로 밀어내어 상기 덮개부에 의해 형성된 홀을 통해 토출된 레진이 상기 제1 블레이드에 의해 상기 제작 플랫폼 상으로 도포되고,
상기 피스톤부재가 하 방향으로 이동하면 상기 제2 블레이드가 상기 제1 블레이드에 의해 도포되어 경화되고 남은 상기 잔여 레진을 상기 레진 수용공간으로 회수시키는, 고점도 레진을 취급하는 배트부를 포함하는 3차원 프린터.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 피스톤부재는
상기 제1 배트부의 면적과 동일한 단면적을 갖는 판 형태로 형성되며 상기 레진 수용공간에 수용된 레진을 지지하는 받침부; 및
상기 받침부의 하단부에 수직으로 연결되어 상기 덮개부의 하단면 높이까지 상기 받침부를 승하강시키는 구동축;을 포함하고,
상기 제2 블레이드가 상기 남은 잔여 레진을 회수하는 경우 상기 피스톤부재는 하부 방향으로 이동하며 상기 홀을 통해 회수한 레진이 상기 레진 수용공간에 저장되는, 고점도 레진을 취급하는 배트부를 포함하는 3차원 프린터.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 배트부와 상기 제2 배트부 사이에는 상기 배트부 외함의 높이 보다 낮은 벽체가 경계면으로 배치되고,
상기 블레이드부는 상기 벽체의 상단면에 DLP 초점거리가 고정되어 상기 벽체에서 상기 제2 배트부의 가장자리 사이를 왕복 이동하며 레진을 평탄화하는, 고점도 레진을 취급하는 배트부를 포함하는 3차원 프린터.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 블레이드 및 상기 제2 블레이드는 서로 대칭되는 방향으로 소정 각도 기울어진 블레이드 엣지면을 포함하며,
상기 블레이드 엣지면에는 상기 블레이드부의 블레이딩 과정에서 도포 또는 회수되는 레진을 가열하는 히팅부재가 상기 블레이드부 엣지면의 길이 방향을 따라 연장되어 배치되는, 고점도 레진을 취급하는 배트부를 포함하는 3차원 프린터.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 덮개부의 하단에 배치되며 상기 제2 블레이드에 의해 재회수되는 레진에 포함된 이물질을 걸러내는 필터층;을 더 포함하는, 고점도 레진을 취급하는 배트부를 포함하는 3차원 프린터.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 덮개부는 베이스부; 및 상기 베이스부의 상부에 배치되어 슬라이딩되어 상기 제1 배트부의 상면에 상기 홀을 형성하는 가변부를 포함하는 다층구조로 형성되는, 고점도 레진을 취급하는 배트부를 포함하는 3차원 프린터.
