Abstract
본 발명에 따른 상용화제 조성물, 특정적으로 연포장재 폐필름 재활용을 위한 상용화제 조성물은 연포장재 폐필름 등을 재생하여 재생원료를 제조할 경우 신재에 비해 물성이 감소되는 것을 방지하기 위해 결합력 및/또는 친화력 등을 향상시킴으로써, 재생원료의 인장강도, 내충격성 및 굽힘강도 등의 기계적 물성을 향상시키는 효과가 있다.
또한 제조된 재생원료를 이용하여 사출성형, 유압, 및/또는 압출 성형공정을 통해 재생 플라스틱 팔렛트를 제조하여, 기존 목재 팔렛트 및 플라스틱 팔렛트를 대체할 수 있도록 하는 재생플라스틱 팔렛트 제조방법을 제공한다.

Claims (5)
- 에틸렌프로필렌러버 100중량부 기준으로,
염소화폴리에틸렌 1 내지 10중량부;
탄산칼슘 0.1 내지 3중량부;
산화알루미늄 0.1 내지 2중량부;
산화방지제 0.1 내지 1중량부; 및
자외선 흡수제 0.1 내지 1중량부를 포함하는 연포장재 폐필름 재활용을 위한 상용화제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 에틸렌프로필렌러버는 상용온도가 -40℃ 내지 140℃이고, 중량평균 분자량이 100,000 내지 1,500,000Da인 것을 포함하는 연포장재 폐필름 재활용을 위한 상용화제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 염소화폴리에틸렌은 용융흐름지수가 0.25 내지 1.0g/10분, 중량평균분자량이 200,000 내지 400,000Da, 분자량분포도가 4 내지 8, MI21.6/MI5는 8 내지 15, 평균입도는 100 내지 200㎛인 폴리에틸렌 수지를 염소화반응시켜 제조되는 것을 포함하는 연포장재 폐필름 재활용을 위한 상용화제 조성물.
- 연포장재 폐필름을 분쇄하는 분쇄단계;
상기 분쇄단계가 종료된 폐필름을 세척 및 건조하는 세척건조단계;
에틸렌프로필렌러버 100중량부 기준으로, 염소화폴리에틸렌 1 내지 10중량부, 탄산칼슘 0.1 내지 3중량부, 산화알루미늄 0.1 내지 2중량부, 산화방지제 0.1 내지 1중량부, 및 자외선 흡수제 0.1 내지 1중량부를 포함하는 연포장재 폐필름 재활용을 위한 상용화제 조성물과 상기 세척건조단계가 종료된 폐필름을 혼합하여 교반하는 혼합교반단계;
상기 혼합교반단계가 종료된 후 혼합물을 압출하는 압출단계;
상기 압출단계가 종료된 후 펠렛 형태로 가공하는 펠렛 가공단계; 및
상기 펠렛 가공단계가 종료된 후 가공된 펠렛을 압축 또는 압출성형하여 팔렛트 형태로 성형하는 팔렛트 성형단계를 포함하는 재생 플라스틱 팔렛트 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 혼합교반단계는 연포장재 폐필름 재활용을 위한 상용화제 조성물과 세척건조단계가 종료된 폐필름이 1:0.5 내지 10의 중량비율로 혼합된 것을 포함하는 재생 플라스틱 팔렛트 제조방법.
