Claims (3)
- 회전하는 한 쌍의 주조 드럼에 의해 금속 용탕을 응고시켜서 주편을 제조하는 쌍 드럼식 연속 주조 장치를 사용하여,
상기 주편의 주조 개시 전에 취득된 상기 주조 드럼을 지지하는 하우징의 변형 특성과 상기 주조 드럼을 압하하는 압하계의 변형 특성을 나타내는 주조 드럼 하우징 압하계 변형 특성을 사용하여, 하기 식 1에 의해 상기 주편의 폭 방향의 양단부의 추정 판 두께를 산출하고,
상기 양단부의 상기 추정 판 두께의 차가 소정값 이하로 되도록 상기 주조 드럼의 폭 방향의 양단부에 마련되는 실린더의 압하 위치를 각각 제어하고,
상기 주조 드럼 하우징 압하계 변형 특성은, 상기 주조 드럼의 폭 방향 단부에 마련된 한 쌍의 사이드 위어를 개방하고, 상기 주조 드럼 사이에 상기 주조 드럼의 드럼 길이보다도 판 폭이 길고 판 두께가 균일한 판을 끼운 상태에서 조임을 실시함으로써 얻어진 상기 실린더의 압하 위치 및 하중에 기초하여 취득되는, 주편의 주조 방법.
단, 식 1에 있어서, 실린더 압하 위치, 주조 드럼 하우징 압하계 변형은, 각각, 압하 위치 영점 조정 시부터의 차분을 나타낸다.
