Claims (6)
- 제1 전극, 세퍼레이터 및 제2 전극을 포함하는 전극 조립체,
상기 전극 조립체를 중심으로 양쪽에 각각 위치하는 제1 고정 부재와 제2 고정 부재, 그리고
상기 전극 조립체를 중심으로 양쪽에 각각 위치하여, 상기 제1 고정 부재와 제2 고정 부재와 중첩하고 상기 전극 조립체를 수용하는 수용부와, 상기 수용부를 둘러싸며 열융착된 실링부를 형성하는 제1 시트부재와 제2 시트부재를 포함하는 파우치
를 포함하고,
상기 제1 고정 부재와 제2 고정 부재는 각각 상기 전극 조립체와 중첩하는 제1 부분, 상기 실링부와 중첩하며 상기 전극 조립체의 가장자리를 따라 형성되어 있는 제2 부분을 가지고,
상기 제1 고정 부재의 제2 부분과 상기 제2 고정 부재의 제2 부분은 서로 접촉하여 열융착 되어 있고,
상기 제2 부분의 폭은 상기 실링부의 폭보다 좁아 상기 제1 시트부재와 제2 시트부재가 상기 제2 부분 밖으로 돌출되어 서로 열융착되어 있는 파우치형 이차 전지. - 제1항에서,
상기 제1 고정 부재와 상기 제2 고정 부재는 열융착으로 수축되면서 상기 전극 조립체에 밀착되는 파우치형 이차 전지. - 제1항에서,
상기 고정 부재는 라미네이션 필름인 파우치형 이차 전지. - 제3항에서,
상기 고정 부재는 PET(polyethylene terephthalate), PI(poly imide) 또는 OPP(oriented polypropylene) 중 어느 하나를 포함하는 파우치형 이차 전지. - 제1항에서,
상기 전극 조립체는 권회축을 중심으로 권취된 젤리 롤 타입인 파우치형 이차 전지. - 제5항에서,
상기 고정 부재의 제2 부분은 상기 권회축과 평행한 방향의 상기 전극 조립체의 가장자리를 따라 형성되어 있는 파우치형 이차 전지.
