Claims (4)
- 결합재와 물이 혼합된 혼합액과, 바인더 졸로 구성된 보조액을 혼합하여 이루어지고,
상기 혼합액의 결합재는,
CSA시멘트 10 중량% 내지 20 중량%, 고로슬래그 40 중량% 내지 50 중량%, 보통포틀랜드 시멘트 30 중량% 내지 40 중량%, 및 수용성 폴리머계 증점제 0.3 중량% 내지 0.6 중량% 를 포함하며,
상기 보조액의 바인더 졸은 실리카졸에 포타슘 하이드록사이드 수용액을 첨가하여 제조되고,
상기 실리카졸은 콜로이드 실리카와 증류수를 중량비 1.5 : 1 비율로 혼합하여 제조되며,
상기 콜로이드 실리카의 40 중량%인 실리카 고형분이 상기 콜로이드 실리카에 포함되고,
상기 포타슘 하이드록사이드 수용액은 포타슘 하이드록사이드와 증류수가 중량비 1:2 비율로 혼합되어 형성되며,
상기 실리카졸의 35 중량% 만큼의 상기 포타슘 하이드록사이드 수용액이 상기 실리카졸에 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방조제용 그라우팅 재료 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 CSA 시멘트는 명반석(Alunite)를 사용하여 제조된 것으로 칼슘설포알루미네이트(3CaO·3Al2O3·CaSO4), 칼슘랑베나이트(2CaSO4·K2SO4) 및 칼슘실리케이트(2CaO·SiO2)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방조제용 그라우팅 재료 조성물. - 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 혼합액과 상기 보조액을 부피비 10:1로 혼합하여 유동성이 있는 겔을 형성한 뒤 지반에 주입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방조제용 그라우팅 재료 조성물.
