Claims (5)
- 기단측으로부터 선단측을 향해서 점차 가늘어지는 테이퍼가 되어 있는 심금부를 구비하고, 해당 심금부의 축심과 공통되는 축심의 환상 공간이 심금부의 주위에 형성되어 있음과 아울러 상기 선단측을 향해 가늘게 형성된 심금부의 선단이 돌출하고, 해당 심금부에 관상의 피파지 부재의 단부를 장착할 수 있는 내경의 피파지 부재 삽입 구멍이 설치된 본체와, 해당 본체의 상기 환상 공간 내에, 해당 환상 공간을 구획 형성하는 주위벽과의 사이에 압력실을 갖는 상태이며, 또한, 심금부와의 사이에 관상의 피파지 부재의 단부를 삽입할 수 있는 간극이 형성된 상태에서 끼워넣어진 고무 탄성체와, 상기 압력실로 유체를 유도하는 통로를 갖고, 상기 통로를 통해 상기 압력실로 유도된 유체압에 의해 상기 고무 탄성체를 상기 심금부 방향으로 팽출 변형시켜, 상기 피파지 부재 삽입 구멍을 통해 심금부에 장착된 관상의 피파지 부재의 단부를 심금부와, 해당 심금부를 따라 팽출 변형된 고무 탄성체에 의해 변형시킴과 아울러 파지하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 파지 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 심금부는 관상으로 형성되고, 해당 관상의 심금부를 통해 고온 유체가 장착된 관상의 피파지 부재 내에 유입되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 파지 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 본체에는 냉매 통로가 형성되고, 해당 냉매 통로에 냉매를 공급함으로써 냉각되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 파지 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 고무 탄성체는 실리콘 고무, 에틸렌 고무, 부틸 고무, 클로로프렌 고무중 적어도 1종으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 파지 장치. - 삭제
