Claims (15)
- 상부에서 하부로 순차적으로, 700-2500nm 파장의 평균 투과율이 60% 내지 85%인 표면층; 350-2500nm 파장의 평균 반사율이 55% 내지 90%인 바인더층; 및 이면층; 을 포함하는 자동차 내장재용 인조가죽으로,
상기 표면층은 700-2500nm 파장을 반사 또는 투과하는 제1안료를 포함하고,
상기 바인더층은 주제(B), 가교제, 350-2500nm 파장의 평균 반사율이 70%이상인 제2안료, 및 중공 미세입자를 포함하며,
상기 자동차 내장재용 인조가죽은 표면의 온도변화율(500W, 180min)이 △55℃ 이하이고, 열전도율(ASTM C 518)이 20mW/m·K 이하인 것인 자동차 내장재용 인조가죽. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 표면층은 주제(A), 700-2500nm 파장의 평균 투과율이 60%이상인 제1안료 및 가교제를 포함하는 것인 자동차 내장재용 인조가죽. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제1안료는, 아조계, 안트라퀴논계, 프탈로시아닌계, 페리논계, 페릴렌계, 인디고계, 티오인디고계, 디옥사딘계, 퀴나크리돈계, 이소인돌리논계, 이소인돌린계, 디케토피로로피롤계, 아조메틴계 및 아조메틴아조계로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 유기 안료이거나 또는, 백색 안료를 상기 유기 안료의 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 안료로 피복한 복합안료인 것인 자동차 내장재용 인조가죽. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2안료는 금속 산화물, 금속 황산염, 금속 황화물, 금속 불화물, 금속 규산염 및 금속 탄산염으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 것인 자동차 내장재용 인조가죽. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 중공 미세입자는 입자크기(particle size)가 30-120㎛이고, 20-23℃에서 열전도율이 0.02-0.10W/m·K 인 것인 자동차 내장재용 인조가죽. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 중공 미세입자는 세라믹 분말 또는 글라스 버블인 것인 자동차 내장재용 인조가죽. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 바인더층은 400-1500nm 파장에서 평균 반사율이 60%이상인 것인 자동차 내장재용 인조가죽. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 이면층과 바인더층 사이에 제2바인더층을 더 포함하되, 상기 제2바인더층은 중공 미세입자 및 제2안료 중 적어도 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는 것인 자동차 내장재용 인조가죽. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 이면층은 제2안료를 더 포함하는 것인 자동차 내장재용 인조가죽. - 제1항 내지 제3항, 및 제5항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 자동차 내장재용 인조가죽은 표면의 700-2500nm 파장의 평균 반사율이 50%이상인 것인 자동차 내장재용 인조가죽. - 제1항 내지 제3항, 및 제5항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 자동차 내장재용 인조가죽은 후열차단율이 35%이상인 것인 자동차 내장재용 인조가죽. - 이형지 상부에 700-2500nm 파장의 평균 투과율이 60% 내지 85%인 표면층을 형성하는 표면층 형성 단계(S1);
상기 표면층 상부에 350-2500nm 파장의 평균 반사율이 55% 내지 90%인 바인더층을 형성하는 바인더층 형성 단계(S3);
상기 바인더층 상부에 이면층을 접합하는 이면층 합포 단계(S5); 및
상기 이형지를 제거하는 이형지 제거 단계(S7); 를 포함하는 자동차 내장재용 인조가죽의 제조방법으로,
상기 표면층은 700-2500nm 파장을 반사 또는 투과하는 제1안료를 포함하고,
상기 바인더층 형성 단계(S3)는 상기 표면층 상부에 주제(B) 100중량부에 대해 가교제 1-10중량부, 중공 미세입자 5-20중량부 및 350-2500nm 파장을 반사하는 제2안료 5-20중량부를 포함하는 바인더층 조성물을 도포 및 건조하여 바인더층을 형성하는 단계이고,
상기 자동차 내장재용 인조가죽은 표면의 온도변화율(500W, 180min)이 △55℃ 이하이고, 열전도율(ASTM C 518)이 20W/m·K 이하인 것인 자동차 내장재용 인조가죽 제조방법. - 제 13항에 있어서,
상기 표면층 형성 단계(S1)는 상기 이형지 상부에 주제(A) 100중량부에 대해 700-2500nm 파장을 반사 또는 투과하는 제1안료 10-30중량부 및 가교제 1-10중량부를 포함하는 표면층 조성물을 도포 및 건조하여 표면층을 형성하는 단계인 것인 자동차 내장재용 인조가죽 제조방법. - 삭제
