도 10은 일 실시예에 따른 표시 장치의 평면도이고, 도 11은 도 10의 XI-XI선을 따라 자른 단면도이다.
도 12는 일 실시예에 따른 표시 장치의 평면도이고, 도 13은 도 12의 XIII-XIII선을 따라 자른 단면도이다.

Claims (19)
- 기판 위에 위치하며, 양자점을 포함하는 색변환층 및 투과층, 및
상기 기판과 상기 색변환층 사이에 위치하는 청색광 컷팅 필터를 포함하고,
상기 색변환층과 상기 청색광 컷팅 필터의 계면은 요철을 가지며,
상기 청색광 컷팅 필터의 일면은 친수성인 색변환 패널. - 제1항에서,
상기 투과층과 상기 기판 사이에 위치하는 청색 색필터를 더 포함하는 색변환 패널. - 제2항에서,
상기 청색 색필터와 상기 투과층의 계면은 요철을 갖는 색변환 패널. - 제1항에서,
상기 색변환층은 적색 색변환층 및 녹색 색변환층을 포함하며,
상기 적색 색변환층과 상기 녹색 색변환층 사이, 상기 녹색 색변환층과 상기 투과층 사이 및 상기 적색 색변환층과 상기 투과층 사이에 각각 위치하는 차광 부재를 더 포함하는 색변환 패널. - 제4항에서,
상기 차광 부재는 제1 차광 부재이고,
상기 적색 색변환층, 상기 녹색 색변환층 및 상기 투과층 중 적어도 2 개의 측면과 중첩하는 제2 차광 부재를 더 포함하는 색변환 패널. - 제4항에서,
상기 적색 색변환층, 상기 녹색 색변환층 및 상기 투과층 중 적어도 하나의 측면과 중첩하는 반사 부재를 더 포함하는 색변환 패널. - 제1항에서,
상기 요철은 불규칙한 형태를 가지는 색변환 패널. - 제1항에서,
상기 청색광 컷팅 필터와 상기 기판 사이에 위치하는 버퍼층 및 상기 색변환층 위에 위치하는 캡핑층 중 적어도 하나를 더 포함하는 색변환 패널. - 기판 위에 감광성 수지층을 형성하는 단계,
상기 감광성 수지층을 노광하는 단계,
상기 노광된 감광성 수지층에 표면 처리하여 요철을 형성하는 단계,
상기 노광된 감광성 수지층을 패터닝하여 청색광 컷팅 필터를 형성하는 단계,
상기 청색광 컷팅 필터 위에 색변환층을 형성하는 단계, 및
상기 기판 위에 투과층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 청색광 컷팅 필터의 일면은 친수성인 색변환 패널의 제조 방법. - 제9항에서,
상기 노광하는 단계에서 마스크를 사용하며,
상기 감광성 수지층을 표면 처리하는 단계 이전에 상기 마스크를 제거하는 색변환 패널의 제조 방법. - 제9항에서,
상기 노광하는 단계에서 마스크를 사용하며,
상기 표면 처리하는 단계에서 상기 마스크에 의해 노출된 영역에 대해 표면 처리 공정을 실시하는 색변환 패널의 제조 방법. - 제9항에서,
상기 표면 처리하는 단계는 건식 식각 방법을 사용하는 색변환 패널의 제조 방법. - 표시 패널, 및
상기 표시 패널과 중첩하는 색변환 패널을 포함하고,
상기 색변환 패널은
기판과 상기 표시 패널 사이에 위치하는 색변환층 및 투과층, 및
상기 기판과 상기 색변환층 사이에 위치하는 청색광 컷팅 필터를 포함하고,
상기 색변환층과 상기 청색광 컷팅 필터의 계면은 요철을 가지며,
상기 청색광 컷팅 필터의 일면은 친수성인 표시 장치. - 제13항에서,
상기 투과층과 상기 기판 사이에 위치하는 청색 색필터를 더 포함하는 표시 장치. - 제14항에서,
상기 청색 색필터와 상기 투과층의 계면은 요철을 갖는 표시 장치. - 제13항에서,
상기 색변환층은 적색 색변환층 및 녹색 색변환층을 포함하며,
상기 적색 색변환층과 상기 녹색 색변환층 사이, 상기 녹색 색변환층과 상기 투과층 사이 및 상기 적색 색변환층과 상기 투과층 사이에 각각 위치하는 차광 부재를 더 포함하는 표시 장치. - 제16항에서,
상기 차광 부재는 제1 차광 부재이고,
상기 적색 색변환층, 상기 녹색 색변환층 및 상기 투과층 중 적어도 2 개의 측면과 중첩하는 제2 차광 부재를 더 포함하는 표시 장치. - 제16항에서,
