Claims (11)
- 선박 엔진과 같은 선박 기계 유닛을 위한 오일을 여과하기 위한 여과 시스템으로서, 오일 공급 저장부(2), 오일 공급 저장부(2)와 선박 기계 유닛 사이의 오일을 위한 주 유동 분기부(10)에 있는 필터 하우징(12)을 갖는 백플러시(backflush) 가능한 주 유동 필터(11), 오일을 위한 이차 유동 회로(30)에 있는 필터 하우징(32)을 갖는 이차 유동 필터(31), 및 전환 가능한 전환 밸브(7, 8, 17, 37; 137; 207, 217)를 가지며, 상기 주 유동 필터(11)의 필터 하우징(12) 및 이차 유동 필터(31)의 필터 하우징(32) 각각은 입구(13; 33) 및 출구(14; 34)를 가지며, 주 유동 필터의 필터 하우징(12)은 백플러싱 유체를 위한 적어도 하나의 출구(16)를 가지며, 적어도 하나의 전환 밸브(7, 8; 207)는 상류에서 상기 주 유동 필터에 대한 입구(13) 및 이차 유동 필터에 대한 입구(33)에 연결되어 오일이 선택적으로 주 유동 분기부(10)에 있는 주 유동 필터(11) 또는 주 유동 필터(11)가 비활성화된 동안 이차 유동 회로(30)에 있는 이차 유동 필터(31)를 경유해 하류의 선박 기계 유닛(들)에 공급되고, 상기 백플러싱 유체를 위한 출구(16)는, 백플러싱 작업 동안에 필터 하우징(12)의 출구(16)에 축적되는 백플러싱 유체의 유체 유동을 영구적으로 공급하는 강제 공급 펌프로 설계되는 펌프(21)가 제공되어 있는 이차 분기부(20)를 통해 이차 유동 필터(31)를 위한 필터 하우징(32)의 입구(33)에 연결되는, 여과 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 백플러싱 필터는 내부 매체를 사용하는 백플러싱을 위한 백플러싱 장치를 가지고 있는, 여과 시스템. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 강제 공급 펌프(21)는 백플러싱 작동 동안에 상기 백플러싱 필터의 필터 관류 유량의 5% 내지 15%의 유량에 맞게 설계된 펌프 출력을 갖는, 여과 시스템. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
전환 밸브(7; 8)로서 별도의 차단 요소가 각 경우 상류에서 상기 주 유동 필터에 대한 입구(13) 및 이차 유동 필터에 대한 입구(33)에 연결되어 있는, 여과 시스템. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
전환 밸브 또는 3/2 다방향 밸브가 공통 전환 밸브(207)로서 상류에서 상기 주 유동 필터에 대한 입구(13) 및 이차 유동 필터에 대한 입구(33)에 연결되어 있는, 여과 시스템. - 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 이차 분기부(20)는 이차 유동 필터에 대한 입구(33)와 상류에서 이 입구에 연결되어 있는 전환 밸브(8; 207) 사이에 있는 상기 이차 유동 회로(30)의 라인 부분 안으로 개방되어 있는, 여과 시스템. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
전환 밸브(17, 37; 17, 137)로서 별도의 차단 요소가 각 경우 하류에서 상기 주 유동 필터에 대한 출구(14) 및 이차 유동 필터에 대한 출구(34)에 연결되어 있는, 여과 시스템. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
전환 밸브 또는 3/2 다방향 밸브가 공통 전환 밸브(217)로서 하류에서 상기 주 유동 필터에 대한 출구(14) 및 이차 유동 필터에 대한 출구(34)에 연결되어 있는, 여과 시스템. - 제 5 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서,
상류에서 연결되는 상기 공통 전환 밸브 및 하류에서 연결되는 상기 공통 전환 밸브는 확고하게 서로 연결되는, 여과 시스템. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 이차 유동 회로(30)는 상기 공급 저장부(2)에 연결되고, 이차 유동 필터의 출구(34)와 공급 저장부(2) 사이의 백플러싱 라인(25)에는 추가의 전환 밸브(38)가 배치되어 있는, 여과 시스템. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 주 유동 필터를 위한 필터 하우징(12) 및 이차 유동 필터를 위한 필터 하우징(32) 각각은, 그의 입구와 출구 사이에 유체적으로 배치되고 교환 가능 필터 인서트 및 교환 가능한 필터 요소 중 적어도 하나를 위한 설치 공간을 갖는, 여과 시스템.
