Abstract
본 발명에 따르는 내진동성이 우수한 배터리팩은 스틸재질의 원통형으로 이루어진 다수개의 배터리셀과, 상기 배터리셀들의 전극 단자들을 전기적으로 연결하는 버스바를 포함하는 배터리 팩에 있어서, 상기 버스바와 배터리셀들과의 사이에 접착층을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는데, 이에 의할 때, 배터리팩의 확장성을 확보하고 다양한 본딩이나 볼팅, 인서팅 등으로 배터리 팩 모듈을 패키징하여 그에 의하여 발생되는 다수의 연결점에서 필연적으로 발생하는 전기 접촉저항을 근본적으로 방지하며, 불균일한 접촉저항으로 인한 발란스 손상이나 핫스팟 발생으로 충방전 효율이 낮아지고 내구성이 감소하는 문제를 해결하는 효과가 있다.

도 5는 본 발명에 따르는 상하부케이스가 체결된 형상을 사시적으로 보여주는 도면이고,
도 6은 본 발명의 상하부케이스의 접합슬리브을 확대한 그림이며,
도 7은 외력이 인가되어 케이스를 통하여 접합슬리브의 탄성운동을 통하여 외력이 해소되는 형상을 나타낸 그림이고,

Claims (7)
- 스틸재질의 원통형으로 이루어진 다수개의 배터리셀과, 상기 배터리셀들의 전극 단자들을 전기적으로 연결하는 버스바를 포함하는 배터리 팩에 있어서,
상기 버스바와 배터리셀들과의 사이에 접착층을 구비하고, 상기 버스바의 하부에 배치되는 내염층을 더 포함하며,
상기 내염층은 2.5KV 내지 12KV의 내전압성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 내진동성이 우수한 배터리팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 접착층은 버스바의 접합부 주변에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내진동성이 우수한 배터리팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 접착층은 실리콘계 접착제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내진동이 우수한 배터리팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 배터리 팩은 복수의 배터리셀, 배터리셀이 결합되어 통전되는 셀홀더, 복수의 셀홀더의 상부에 설치되어 배터리셀의 통전되게 하는 버스바를 포함하고,
상기 셀홀더의 상부홀더의 일측에 돌출 결합부를 마련하여 케이스와 접합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내진동성이 우수한 배터리팩.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 셀홀더는 충격 강도가 12 내지 16인 것을 특징으로 하는 내진동성이 우수한 배터리팩.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 돌출 결합부에 나사홀에 마련되어 케이스의 대향홀을 통해 체결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내진동성이 우수한 배터리팩.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 대향홀을 마련한 케이스부재는 상부케이스와 하부케이스로 분절되며, 분절된 각각의 부분에 절곡되어 연장된 접합슬리브를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 내진동성이 우수한 배터리팩.
