도 2a 내지 도 2d는 실시예에 따른 가변 전기광학 필터의 메타표면을 지닌 반사층의 다양한 형태를를 나타낸 도면이다.
도 3a 내지 도 3c는 가시광선 파장 범위에서 반사 위상 기울기가 달라질 때의 도 1에 나타낸 실시예에 따른 가변 전기광학 필터의 투과 스펙트럼 변화를 나타낸 그래프이다.

Claims (18)
- 액정층;
상기 액정층 양쪽에 형성된 전극층 및 반사 구조체;를 포함하며,
상기 반사 구조체는 상기 액정층의 양측에 각각 형성된 제 1반사층 및 제 2반사층을 포함하며,
상기 제 1반사층 및 제 2반사층은 메타표면 구조를 지니고,
상기 제 1반사층 및 제 2반사층의 메타표면 구조가 2.67mrad/nm 내지 3.67mrad/nm의 반사 위상 기울기를 갖도록 구성된 가변 전기광학 필터. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제 1반사층 및 제 2반사층은 투명 기판 표면에 메타표면 구조로 형성된 패턴층을 포함하는 가변 전기광학 필터. - 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 패턴층은 유전물질 또는 금속으로 형성된 가변 전기광학 필터. - 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 패턴층은 1차원 격자 구조 또는 2차원 주기/비주기 패턴 구조를 지닌 가변 전기광학 필터. - 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 패턴층은 원형, 타원형, 또는 다각형 형상으로 형성된 가변 전기광학 필터. - 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 패턴층은 다수의 패턴들을 포함하며, 상기 패턴들 사이에는 유전 물질 또는 폴리머로 충진된 가변 전기광학 필터. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 액정층과 상기 전극층 및 반사 구조체 사이에는 액정 배향층이 더 형성된 가변 전기광학 필터. - 제 1항에 있어서,
입사광이 입사하는 상기 액정층의 일측부에는 제 1기판, 상기 전극층 중 제 1전극층 및 상기 제 1반사층이 순차적으로 형성되며,
상기 액정층의 타측부에는 상기 제 2반사층, 상기 전극층 중 제 2전극층 및 제 2기판이 순차적으로 형성된 가변 전기광학 필터. - 액정층;
상기 액정층의 제 1면에 형성된 제 1액정 배향층;
메타표면 구조를 지니고, 상기 액정층의 제 1면과 상기 제 1액정 배향층 사이에 제공되는 패턴층;
상기 액정층의 양측에 형성된 제 1전극층과 제 2전극층을 포함하는 가변 전기광학 필터. - 제 9항에 있어서,
상기 액정층의 제 2면에는 제 2액정 배향층이 형성되며,
상기 패턴층은 상기 제 1액정 배향층에 형성된 가변 전기광학 필터. - 제 10항에 있어서,
상기 패턴층은 상기 제 1액정 배향층 표면에 직접 형성되며,
상기 액정층 내부로 돌출되도록 형성된 다수의 패턴을 포함하는 가변 전기광학 필터. - 제 11항에 있어서,
상기 패턴층 주변의 상기 액정층은 굴절율은 상기 액정층의 다른 영역의 굴절율과 서로 다른 가변 전기광학 필터. - 제 9항에 있어서,
상기 액정층의 제 2면에는 제 2액정 배향층이 형성되며,
제 2패턴층은 상기 액정층의 제 2면과 상기 제 2액정 배향층 사이에 제공되고,
상기 제 2패턴층은 메타 구조를 지닌 가변 전기광학 필터. - 액정층;
상기 액정층 양쪽에 형성된 전극층 및 반사 구조체를 포함하며,
상기 반사 구조체는 상기 액정층의 양측에 각각 형성된 제 1반사층 및 제 2반사층;을 포함하며,
상기 제 1반사층 및 상기 제 2반사층은 각각 서로 다른 두께를 지닌 적어도 두가지 이상의 유전물질층이 교대로 적층되어 형성되고,
상기 액정층에 입사광이 입사하여 방출되는 방향으로 상기 제 1반사층을 구성하는 상기 적어도 두가지 이상의 유전물질층들 각각의 두께는 점차 두꺼워지는 가변 전기광학 필터. - 제 14항에 있어서,
상기 액정층에 입사광이 입사하여 방출되는 방향으로 상기 제 2반사층을 구성하는 상기 적어도 두가지 이상의 유전물질층들 각각의 두께는 점차 두꺼워지는 가변 전기광학 필터. - 삭제
