Claims (10)
- 복수의 전지셀이 적층되어 있는 전지셀 적층체;
상기 전지셀 적층체의 전면과 후면에 각각 형성되는 제1,2 버스바 프레임; 및
상기 제1,2 버스바 프레임을 연결하는 연성회로기판을 포함하고,
상기 연성회로기판은 서로 분리된 제1 연성회로기판부와 제2 연성회로기판부를 포함하며,
상기 제1 연성회로기판부는 상기 제1 버스바 프레임과 연결되고, 상기 제2 연성회로기판부는 상기 제2 버스바 프레임과 연결되고,
상기 제1 연성회로기판부와 상기 제2 연성회로기판부는 커넥터를 통해 서로 연결되는 전지 모듈. - 제1항에서,
상기 커넥터는 상기 연성회로기판의 중앙에 형성되어, 상기 제1 연성회로기판부와 상기 제2 연성회로기판부를 연결하는 전지 모듈. - 제1항에서,
상기 커넥터는 상기 연성회로기판의 양 단부 중 하나의 단부에 형성되어, 상기 제1 연성회로기판부와 상기 제2 연성회로기판부를 연결하는 전지 모듈. - 제1항에서,
상기 전지셀 적층체는, 상기 전지셀 적층체의 중앙 및 양단에서 상기 복수의 전지셀을 수직 방향으로 고정하는 전지셀 고정부를 포함하는 전지 모듈. - 제4항에서,
상기 커넥터는 상기 전지셀 고정부 상에 위치하는 전지 모듈. - 제1항에서,
상기 커넥터는 상기 제1,2 연성회로기판부의 마주보는 끝단부 각각에 형성되어 상기 제1,2 연성회로기판부를 연결시키는 전지 모듈. - 제1,2 버스바 프레임이 전지셀 적층체의 전면과 후면에 각각 결합하는 단계;
제1 연성회로기판부는 상기 제1 버스바 프레임에 결합하고, 제2 연성회로기판부는 상기 제2 버스바 프레임에 결합하는 단계; 및
상기 제1 연성회로기판부와 상기 제2 연성회로기판부가 커넥터로 연결되는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 제1,2 버스바 프레임이 상기 전지셀 적층체에 결합하는 단계에서, 상기 제1,2 버스바 프레임은 상기 전지셀 적층체의 전면과 후면에 각각 수직 방향으로 결합하는 전지 모듈의 제조 방법.

- 제7항에서,
상기 제1,2 버스바 프레임이 상기 제1,2 연성회로기판부와 각각 결합하는 단계에서, 상기 제1,2 버스바 프레임과 상기 제1,2 연성회로기판부는 각각 수직 방향으로 결합하는 전지 모듈의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 따른 전지 모듈을 포함하는 전지팩.
