Description
도 2는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 알카리 토금속계 건식 흡수제를 이용한 저온형 선택적 환원 촉매 복합시스템을 나타낸 참조도이다.
도 3 내지 도 5는 본 발명의 실시예들에 따른 알칼리 토금속계 건식 흡수제를 이용한 수분과 이산화탄소 동시 제거용 저온형 선택적 환원 촉매 복합시스템의 특성분석 및 성능을 나타낸 실험데이터이다.
20 : 재가열 공정

110 : 흡수부
120 : 저온 선택적 환원 촉매

Claims (5)
- 배기가스에 포함되어 있는 질소산화물에서 수분 및 이산화탄소를 흡수하는 흡수부(110); 및
상기 수분 및 이산화탄소가 제거된 질소산화물을 저온에서 선택적 촉매 환원반응을 통해 질소와 물로 전환하는 선택적 환원 촉매부(120);를 포함하는, 알카리 토금속계 건식 흡수제를 이용한 수분과 이산화탄소 동시 제거용 저온형 선택적 환원 촉매 복합시스템. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 흡수부(110)와 선택적 환원 촉매부(120)는 일체형 모듈화로 형성되는, 알카리 토금속계 건식 흡수제를 이용한 수분과 이산화탄소 동시 제거용 저온형 선택적 환원 촉매 복합시스템. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 흡수부(110)는 알칼리 토금속계 건식 흡수제인 칼슘 옥사이드 및 마그네슘 옥사이드 중 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는, 알카리 토금속계 건식 흡수제를 이용한 수분과 이산화탄소 동시 제거용 저온형 선택적 환원 촉매 복합시스템. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 흡수부(110)는 흡착된 수분 및 이산화탄소를 탈착하는 재생부(130)를 통해 재생되며, 상기 재생부(130)는 300 내지 400 ℃의 온도에서 재생되는, 알카리 토금속계 건식 흡수제를 이용한 수분과 이산화탄소 동시 제거용 저온형 선택적 환원 촉매 복합시스템. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 흡수부(110)는 여러 개의 모듈로 흡수 및 재생을 가능하게 하는 순환 흡수 시스템인, 알카리 토금속계 건식 흡수제를 이용한 수분과 이산화탄소 동시 제거용 저온형 선택적 환원 촉매 복합시스템.
