Abstract
장척상의 필름을, 그의 폭 방향의 좌우 단부를 각각, 좌우의 클립에 의해 파지한 상태에서 가열로 내를 통과시키면서 예열, 경사 연신 및 열 고정하는 것, 및 상기 필름을 상기 클립으로부터 개방하는 것을 포함하는 경사 연신 필름의 제조 방법으로서, 상기 열 고정이 상기 가열로에 마련되고, 내부 기압이 대기압보다도 높은 양압 존 내에서 행하여지는, 연신 필름의 제조 방법을 제공한다.

Claims (8)
- 장척상의 필름을 그의 폭 방향의 좌우 단부를 각각, 좌우의 클립에 의해 파지한 상태에서, 가열로 내를 통과시키면서 예열, 경사 연신 및 열 고정하는 것, 및
상기 필름을 상기 클립으로부터 개방하는 것
을 포함하는 연신 필름의 제조 방법으로서,
상기 예열, 상기 경사 연신 및 상기 열 고정이 각각, 상기 가열로 내에 상기 필름의 반송 방향 하류를 향하여 이 순서대로 마련되고, 또한 각각 독립적으로 내부 기압이 제어 가능하게 구성되어 있는 예열 존, 연신 존 및 열 고정 존 내에서 행하여지고,
상기 열 고정 존의 내부 기압이 대기압보다 높고,
상기 예열 존 및 상기 연신 존의 내부 기압이 대기압과 등압이고,
상기 클립으로부터 개방된 후, 15초 이내에 상기 필름의 온도를 50℃ 이하로 냉각하는,
연신 필름의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 열 고정 존 내의 기압이 대기압보다도 1Pa~10Pa 높은, 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 클립으로부터 개방될 때의 상기 필름의 온도가 80℃~150℃인, 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 클립으로부터 개방된 상기 필름을 100N/m~300N/m의 장력을 부여하면서 롤 반송하는, 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 열 고정 후의 상기 필름의 두께가 15㎛~60㎛인, 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 제조 방법에 의해 장척상의 연신 필름을 얻는 것, 및
장척상의 광학 필름과 상기 장척상의 연신 필름을 반송하면서, 그의 장척 방향을 맞추어 연속적으로 첩합하는 것을 포함하는, 광학 적층체의 제조 방법. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 광학 필름이 편광판이고,
상기 연신 필름이 λ/4판 또는 λ/2판인,
광학 적층체의 제조 방법. - 삭제
