Claims (12)
- 하부주행체와,
상기 하부주행체에 탑재되는 상부선회체와,
상기 상부선회체에 장착되는 굴삭어태치먼트와,
상기 굴삭어태치먼트의 자세를 검출하는 자세검출장치와,
굴삭부하에 의한 상기 상부선회체의 불안정상태에 관한 정보를 검출하는 불안정상태검출장치와,
상기 굴삭어태치먼트의 자세를 수정하는 제어장치를 갖는 쇼벨로서,
상기 제어장치는, 상기 자세검출장치 및 상기 불안정상태검출장치의 출력에 근거하여 심굴굴삭 중의 굴삭부하가 소정 값보다 크다고 판정한 경우에, 상기 굴삭어태치먼트를 구성하는 암 또는 버킷을 펼치도록 구성됨과 함께,
상기 제어장치는, 적어도 상기 굴삭어태치먼트를 구성하는 붐의 자세에 근거하여 통상굴삭 중인지 심굴굴삭 중인지 여부를 판정하는, 쇼벨. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제어장치는, 상기 굴삭어태치먼트의 자세와 굴삭부하에 근거하여 굴삭반력을 산출하고, 산출한 굴삭반력에 근거하여 굴삭부하가 상기 소정 값보다 큰지 여부를 판정하는, 쇼벨. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제어장치는, 붐실린더압에 근거하여 굴삭부하가 상기 소정 값보다 큰지 여부를 판정하는, 쇼벨. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제어장치는, 암실린더압에 근거하여 굴삭부하가 상기 소정 값보다 큰지 여부를 판정하는, 쇼벨. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제어장치는, 상기 상부선회체의 경사에 근거하여 굴삭부하가 상기 소정 값보다 큰지 여부를 판정하는, 쇼벨. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 불안정상태검출장치는, 차체경사센서를 포함하는, 쇼벨. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제어장치는, 차체경사센서의 출력값에 따라 상기 소정 값을 변경하도록 구성되어 있는, 쇼벨. - 하부주행체와,
상기 하부주행체에 탑재되는 상부선회체와,
상기 상부선회체에 장착되는 굴삭어태치먼트와,
상기 굴삭어태치먼트의 자세를 검출하는 자세검출장치와,
굴삭부하에 의한 상기 상부선회체의 불안정상태에 관한 정보를 검출하는 불안정상태검출장치와,
상기 굴삭어태치먼트의 자세를 수정하는 제어장치를 갖는 쇼벨로서,
상기 제어장치는, 상기 자세검출장치 및 상기 불안정상태검출장치의 출력에 근거하여 굴삭부하를 산출하고, 심굴굴삭 중의 상기 굴삭부하가 소정 값보다 크다고 판정한 경우에, 상기 굴삭어태치먼트를 구성하는 암 또는 버킷을 제어하도록 구성됨과 함께,
상기 제어장치는, 적어도 상기 굴삭어태치먼트를 구성하는 붐의 자세에 근거하여 통상굴삭 중인지 심굴굴삭 중인지 여부를 판정하는, 쇼벨. - 삭제
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 제어장치는, 상기 굴삭어태치먼트의 자세와 굴삭부하에 근거하여 굴삭반력을 산출하고, 산출한 굴삭반력에 근거하여 굴삭부하가 상기 소정 값보다 큰지 여부를 판정하는, 쇼벨. - 제9항에 있어서,
