2. 보습 효과2. Moisturizing effect
상기 실시예 1에서 제조된 화장료 조성물의 보습 효과를 확인하기 위하여 다음과 같은 실험을 수행하였다. 설문 조사를 통하여 피부가 건조하다고 느끼는 건강한 성인남녀 100명을 무작위로 선정하여 실시예 1의 화장료 조성물을 각각 1일 2회씩 8주간 안면에 도포한 후 물로 씻어 냈다. 보습 효과는 실사용 시험 시작 후부터 매 1주간, 그리고 종료 후의 개선 효과를 수분 함유량 측정기기인 corneometer CM 820(Corage +Khazaka, Germany)를 이용하여 평가하였다. 보습 효과 측정 결과를 하기 표 3에 나타내었다.In order to confirm the moisturizing effect of the cosmetic composition prepared in Example 1, the following experiment was performed. 해삼에서 해삼 내장을 얻어 세척하고, 적절한 크기로 자른 뒤 동결건조시키고, 분쇄하여 해삼 내장 분말을 준비하는 단계; 상기 해삼 내장 분말을 에탄올과 혼합하여 유효성분을 포함하는 용액을 추출하는 단계; 및 추출된 용액을 감압농축 및 동결건조하는 단계;를 포함하는 해삼 추출물을 제조하는 단계;
성게에서 성게알을 얻어 세척하고, 적절한 크기로 자른 뒤 동결건조시키고, 분쇄하여 성게알 분말을 준비하는 단계; 상기 성게알 분말을 에탄올과 혼합하여 유효성분을 포함하는 용액을 추출하는 단계; 및 추출된 용액을 감압농축 및 동결건조하는 단계;를 포함하는 성게 추출물을 제조하는 단계;
솔잎, 연잎 및 연꽃씨를 세척하고, 적절한 크기로 자른 뒤 동결건조시키고, 분쇄하여 솔잎분말, 연잎분말 및 연꽃씨분말을 2.5:2:1.5의 중량비율로 포함하는 제1 혼합물을 준비하는 단계; 상기 제1 혼합물, 1:1의 부피비로 혼합된 에탄올 및 아세톤의 혼합 용매 및 1-에틸-3-메틸이미다졸리움 비스(트리플루오로메틸설포닐)이미드([EMIm][TFSI], 1-Ethyl-3-methylimidazolium bis(trifluoromethylsulfylimide)를 혼합하여 유효성분을 포함하는 용액을 추출하는 단계; 및 추출된 용액을 감압농축 및 동결건조하는 단계;를 포함하는 솔잎추출물, 연잎추출물 및 연꽃씨추출물을 포함하는 제1 천연추출물을 제조하는 단계;
인동덩굴꽃, 프로폴리스, 병풀 및 길경을 세척하고, 적절한 크기로 자른 뒤 동결건조시키고, 분쇄하여 인동덩굴꽃분말, 프로폴리스분말, 병풀분말 및 길경분말을 1:1:1:1의 중량비율로 포함하는 제2 혼합물을 준비하는 단계; 상기 제2 혼합물 및 물을 혼합하고, 교반을 수행하며 115-125℃의 온도에서 6-12시간 동안 1차 열수추출을 수행하는 단계; 1차 열수추출을 수행하고난 후, 여과지로 여과한 다음 그 여액을 동결건조하여 제1 혼합추출물을 제조하는 단계; 1차 열수추출을 수행하고난 후, 여과지로 여과한 다음 남은 고형물을 다시 물과 혼합하고, 85-95℃의 온도에서 20-28시간 동안 2차 열수추출을 수행하는 단계; 2차 열수추출 후, 여과지로 여과한 다음 그 여액을 동결건조하여 제2 혼합추출물을 제조하는 단계; 및 상기 제1 혼합추출물 및 제2 혼합추출물을 혼합하는 단계;를 포함하는 인동덩굴꽃추출물, 프로폴리스추출물, 병풀추출물 및 길경추출물을 포함하는 제2 천연추출물을 제조하는 단계;
상기 불가사리 추출물, 해삼 추출물 및 성게 추출물을 4:3:3의 중량비율로 혼합하여 제1 추출물을 제조하는 단계;
