Claims (51)
- 에어로졸 송달 장치에 있어서,
제어 보디;
상기 제어 보디와 결합되고, 에어로졸 전구체를 수용하는 에어로졸 전구체 소스를 구비하며, 마우스 개구를 갖는 카트리지로서, 상기 마우스 개구는 에어로졸을 상기 마우스 개구를 통해서 사용자에게로 인도하도록 구성된, 상기 카트리지;
상기 에어로졸 전구체 소스와 상기 마우스 개구 사이에서 상기 카트리지와 결합되는 히터 장치로서, 상기 히터 장치는 열-전도성 기판에 인접하여 배치되는 전기-전도성 탄소 소자를 포함하고, 상기 열-전도성 기판은 내부 채널을 갖는 중공 실린더로서 구성되며, 상기 탄소 소자는 중공 실린더의 외표면과 결합되고, 상기 히터 장치는 에어로졸 전구체 소스로부터 열-전도성 기판 상으로 에어로졸 전구체를 수용하도록 구성되며, 따라서 열-전도성 기판 상의 에어로졸 전구체는 열-전도성 기판을 통해서 전도되는 전기-전도성 탄소 소자로부터의 열에 반응하여 에어로졸을 형성하는, 히터 장치; 및
상기 에어로졸 전구체 소스와 상기 열-전도성 기판 사이에 결합되는 송달 장치로서, 상기 송달 장치는 에어로졸 전구체 소스와 유체 연통하고 중공 실린더의 내부 채널 내로 연장되는 모세관이며, 상기 송달 장치는 에어로졸 전구체 소스로부터 내부 채널 내의 열-전도성 기판 상으로 에어로졸 전구체를 송달하도록 구성되는, 송달 장치를 포함하고,
상기 중공 실린더는 내부 채널로부터 외표면으로 연장되는 하나 이상의 세공을 갖도록 구성되며, 상기 하나 이상의 세공은 중공 실린더의 내표면 상에 분배된 에어로졸 전구체가 열-전도성 기판을 통해서 전도되는 전기-전도성 탄소 소자로부터의 열에 반응하여 형성하는 에어로졸이 상기 하나 이상의 세공을 통해서 마우스 개구 쪽으로 분배되도록 구성 및 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는

열-전도성 기판에 인접하여 배치되는 전기-전도성 탄소 소자를 구비하는 히터 장치로서, 상기 열-전도성 기판은 내부 채널을 갖는 중공 실린더로서 구성되며, 상기 탄소 소자는 중공 실린더의 외표면과 결합되고, 상기 히터 장치는 에어로졸 전구체 소스로부터 열-전도성 기판 상으로 에어로졸 전구체를 수용하도록 구성되며, 따라서 열-전도성 기판 상의 에어로졸 전구체는 열-전도성 기판을 통해서 전도되는 전기-전도성 탄소 소자로부터의 열에 반응하여 에어로졸을 형성하는, 히터 장치; 및
상기 에어로졸 전구체 소스와 상기 열-전도성 기판 사이에 결합되는 송달 장치로서, 상기 송달 장치는 에어로졸 전구체 소스와 유체 연통하고 중공 실린더의 내부 채널 내로 연장되는 모세관이며, 상기 송달 장치는 에어로졸 전구체 소스로부터 내부 채널 내의 열-전도성 기판 상으로 에어로졸 전구체를 송달하도록 구성되는, 송달 장치를 포함하고,
상기 중공 실린더는 내부 채널로부터 외표면으로 연장되는 하나 이상의 세공을 갖도록 구성되며, 상기 하나 이상의 세공은 중공 실린더의 내표면 상에 분배된 에어로졸 전구체가 열-전도성 기판을 통해서 전도되는 전기-전도성 탄소 소자로부터의 열에 반응하여 형성하는 에어로졸이 상기 하나 이상의 세공을 통해서 분배되도록 구성 및 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는

상기 에어로졸 전구체 소스와 상기 열-전도성 기판 사이에 송달 장치를 결합시키는 것으로서, 상기 송달 장치는 에어로졸 전구체 소스와 유체 연통하고 중공 실린더의 내부 채널 내로 연장되는 모세관이며, 따라서 상기 송달 장치는 에어로졸 전구체 소스로부터 내부 채널 내의 열-전도성 기판 상으로 에어로졸 전구체를 송달하도록 구성되는 것을 포함하고,
