Claims (30)
- 폴리머 폴리올의 연속 제조 방법으로서, 적어도 하나의 안정화제(S)의 존재 하에, 적어도 하나의 용융된 열가소성 스티렌-아크릴로니트릴 공중합체(TP)를 적어도 하나의 폴리올(P)과 혼합하는 것을 포함하고, 상기 안정화제(S)는 안정화제(S)의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 30∼60 중량%의 적어도 하나의 폴리올 P2, 및 임의로 개시제 및/또는 사슬 전달제와 함께, P2 중 적어도 하나의 마크로머 M, 스티렌 및 아크릴로니트릴의 반응 생성물을 포함하는 적어도 하나의 폴리올 CSP를 포함하며, 여기서 안정화제(S)의 마크로머 M의 함량은 안정화제(S)의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 35∼54 중량%이고, 제1 단계(1)에서, TP, P 및 S를 압출기(E)에 공급하여 초기 분산액을 형성시키고, 그 다음 제2 단계(2)에서, 압출기로부터 얻어진 초기 분산액을 적어도 하나의 로터-스테이터 조합을 포함하는 적어도 하나의 로터-스테이터 장치(RS)에 공급하고, (3) 분산액을 모든 로터-스테이터(RS)에 통과시킨 후, 열가소성 스티렌-아크릴로니트릴 공중합체(TP)의 Tg 미만으로 냉각시켜 최종 폴리머 폴리올을 얻으며, 여기서 마크로머는 1 이상의 중합성 이중 결합 및 1 이상의 히드록실 말단 폴리에테르 꼬리를 포함하는 분자로서 정의되는 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 압출기(E)는 적어도 2개의 별도의 공정 구역, 및 압출기 헤드로 나뉘는 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, TP는 압출기 E의 제1 공정 구역 Z1에 공급되고, S는 제2 공정 구역 Z2 또는 더 뒤의 공정 구역에 공급되고, P는 S를 첨가한 공정 구역 뒤의 공정 구역 중 하나에 공급되며, 여기서 용어 "제1" 및 "제2"는 압출기 E 내 반응 혼합물의 유동 방향을 지칭하는 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 안정화제 S의 첨가와 폴리올 P의 첨가 사이에, 성분의 첨가가 없는, 압출기 E의 적어도 하나의 공정 구역이 존재하는 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, P는 압출기 E의 적어도 2개의 상이한 공정 구역에 공급되는 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 압출기(E)는 공정 구역 중 적어도 하나에서, 160℃ 내지 250℃ 범위의 배럴 온도에서 작동되는 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 압출기(E)는 회전 속도가 400∼1200 rpm 범위인 제조 방법.

- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 안정화제(S)는 100℃ 초과의 온도에서 압출기(E)에 첨가하는 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폴리올(P)은 액체인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폴리올(P)은 슬래브스톡(slabstock) 폼 용도에 사용되는 폴리올 및 성형 폼 용도에 사용되는 폴리올의 군에서 선택되는 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폴리올(P)은 평균 OH 값이 20∼300 mg KOH/g인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폴리올(P)은 평균 작용가가 2∼6인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 생성물은 정적 레이저 회절에 의해 측정시 평균 입도 D50이 25 ㎛ 미만인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 안정화제 S에 함유된 폴리올 P2는 폴리에테르 폴리올(PEOL)에서 선택되는 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 안정화제 S에 함유된 마크로머 M은 수평균 분자량이 1000∼50000 g/몰인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 안정화제 S에 함유된 마크로머 M은, 임의로 루이스산 촉매의 존재 하에, 1,1-디메틸 메타 이소프로페닐 벤질 이소시아네이트(TMI)를, 3 작용성 및 6 작용성 폴리에테르 폴리올로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 폴리에테르 폴리올 PM과 반응시켜 얻는 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 안정화제 S에 함유된 폴리올 CSP 중 스티렌 대 아크릴로니트릴의 중량비는 1:1 초과인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 안정화제 S의 제조에 임의로 사용되는 사슬 전달제는 도데칸 티올, 이소프로판올 및 2-부탄올로 이루어진 군에서 선택되고, 및/또는 안정화제 S의 제조에 임의로 사용되는 개시제는 아조이소부티로 니트릴(AIBN) 및 디메틸 2,2'-아조비스(2-메틸프로피오네이트)로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 스티렌-아크릴로니트릴 공중합체(TP) 중 스티렌 대 아크릴로니트릴의 중량비가 1:1 초과인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 분산액을 모든 로터-스테이터 장치(RS)에 통과시킨 후 4 시간의 최대 시간 범위 내에, 열가소성 스티렌-아크릴로니트릴 공중합체(TP)의 Tg 미만으로 냉각시키는 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 분산액을 모든 로터-스테이터 장치(RS)에 통과시킨 후 4 시간의 최대 시간 범위 내에 60℃ 이하의 온도로 냉각시키는 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폴리머 폴리올은 모노모달, 바이모달 또는 멀티모달 입도 분포를 갖는 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 제조 방법에 의해 얻을 수 있는 폴리머 폴리올.
- 폴리우레탄의 제조 방법으로서, 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 제조 방법에 의해 얻을 수 있는 적어도 하나의 폴리머 폴리올 및 임의로 적어도 하나의 추가의 폴리에테르 폴리올을, 적어도 하나의 디이소시아네이트 또는 폴리이소시아네이트 및 임의로 발포제와 반응시키는 것을 포함하는 제조 방법.
