Claims (3)
- 무기질 유리섬유 및 상기 유리섬유 100중량%에 대하여 현무암 섬유 10 내지 30 중량% 및 세라믹 화이버 10 내지 20 중량%를 첨가한 혼합 섬유를 프레스로 압착하여 10 내지 50mm의 두께를 가지며, 밀도는 50 내지 150kg/m3 인 압축 글라스 울(200)을 제조하는 단계;
상기 압축 글라스 울(200)의 하부에 부직포(220)를 부착하는 단계;
플라이 애쉬, 폐유리 분말 및 질석 분말을 10: 80: 10 내지 5: 90: 5 중량%로 혼합하여 혼합 분말을 제조하는 단계;
상기 혼합 분말100 중량%에 발포제 2 내지 8 중량%를 추가로 혼합한 후, 소성하여 발포유리를 제조하는 단계;
상기 발포유리를 분쇄하여 발포유리 입자를 제조한 후, 발포유리 입자, 시멘트, 현무암 입자 및 접착증강제를 각각 5내지 8: 2: 1: 1의 중량비로 혼합하여 베이스 코트(100)를 제조하는 단계;
상기 압축 글라스 울(200)의 상부에 상기 베이스 코트(100)를 도포 후 건조하는 단계; 및
상기 건조된 베이스 코트(100)의 상부에 변성 아크릴계 에멀젼으로 이루어진 마감 코팅(25)을 도포 후 건조하는 단계; 를 포함하는, 친환경 흡음 보드의 제조방법.
