Claims (3)
- 가스 발생기(1)를 포함하는, 탄소 함유 물질의 가스화 장치로서,
가스화되는 물질이 상기 가스 발생기(1)의 상부(upper region)에 공급되고,
공기 중에 포함된 산소는 상기 가스 발생기(1)의 중간부(middle region)에 공급되어, 상기 가스 발생기(1)의 하부(lower region)의 고정층 반응기(fixed bed reactor)에서 가스화되고,
생성 가스는 생성 가스 라인(product gas line, 6)을 통해 상기 가스 발생기(1)의 최저부(lowermost region)에서 배출되어, 고온 가스 필터(hot gas filter, 2)의 하부에 유입되고,
클린 가스가 클린 가스 라인(8)을 통과하고 클린 가스 라인(8)을 통해 배출되는 동안, 필터 캔들(filter candles, 7)을 가지는 필터는 아직 가스화되지 않은 입자, 애쉬 및 이물질인 고형물을 제거하며,
배출구(10)는 상기 고온 가스 필터(2)의 바닥부(bottom region)에서 잔여 고형물을 배출시키기 위해 제공되고,
상기 고온 가스 필터(2)는 공기 중에 포함된 산소가 라인(12)을 통해 필터 바닥부(13) 및 상기 배출구(10) 사이의 중간 높이 영역으로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가스화 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
팬(fan)에 의해 상기 생성 가스 라인(product gas line, 6)의 외풍(draft)이 너무 강해서, 상기 가스 발생기에서 가스화되지 않은 입자가 상기 고온 가스 필터(2)로 상당히 혼입되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가스화 장치.
