Description

Claims (20)
- 제품의 제조 방법으로서,
반복적으로 베릴륨-함유 조성물로부터의 층을 침착하고, 3-차원 프리폼을 형성하기 위해 상기 침착된 층을 부분적으로 경화함으로써, 3-차원 프리폼을 형성하는 단계;
상기 3-차원 프리폼을 소결하여, 소결된 프리폼을 형성하는, 소결 단계; 및
상기 소결된 프리폼을 적어도 하나의 침투 금속으로 침투시켜 제품을 형성하는, 침투 단계를 포함하고;
여기서, 상기 베릴륨-함유 조성물은 베릴륨 분말 및 바인더를 포함하는, 제품의 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 침투 금속은 알루미늄, 마그네슘, 및 리튬으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는, 제품의 제조방법. - 삭제

상기 바인더는 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리비닐 알코올, 콜로디온 및 실리케이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는, 제품의 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,

상기 베릴륨 분말은 니켈로 코팅된 베릴륨 입자를 포함하는, 제품의 제조방법. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 베릴륨 분말은 92 wt% 내지 100 wt% 미만의 베릴륨 및 0 wt% 초과 내지 8 wt%의 니켈을 포함하는, 제품의 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제품은 0 내지 5 wt%의 니켈, 58 내지 65 wt%의 베릴륨, 및 30 내지 42 wt%의 알루미늄을 포함하는, 제품의 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 침착 단계는 실온에서 수행되는, 제품의 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 3-차원 프리폼을 소결하기 전에 3-차원 프리폼을 경화시키는 단계를 더욱 포함하는, 제품의 제조방법. - 청구항 10에 있어서,
