Claims (3)
- 생두를 밀폐 용기에 담아 밀폐하는 생두 밀폐 단계;
상기 생두가 담겨진 밀폐 용기를 물이 담겨 있는 찜기에 투입하고 상기 찜기 내부에서 가열된 물과 물이 가열되어 발생되는 수증기로 상기 밀폐 용기를 가열함으로써 상기 생두를 찌는 생두 찜 단계; 및
상기 밀폐 용기에 상기 생두가 담긴 상태에서 감온하는 생두 감온 단계;를 포함하는 커피 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 생두 찜 단계에서는,
생두를 1기압 내지 4기압의 압력, 120도 내지 140도의 온도 및 20 내지 60분 동안 찌는 커피 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제2항에 의해 쪄진 생두를 로스팅하거나, 쪄진 생두와 찌지 않은 생두를 소정의 비율로 혼합하여 로스팅하는 커피 제조 방법.
