Claims (24)
- 칼코게나이드가 로딩된 금속유기골격(MOF)이 부착된 전극;
상기 칼코게나이드가 로딩된 금속유기골격(MOF)이 부착된 전극에 고정되고, (i) 전도성 고분자와 (ii) 금(Au), 은(Ag), 팔라듐(Pd), 구리(Cu) 및 백금(Pt)으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 금속 나노입자를 포함하는 나노매트릭스, 상기 적어도 하나의 금속 나노입자는 전도성 고분자의 매트릭스에 부착 또는 매립된 형태로 존재함; 및
상기 나노매트릭스 상에 형성되고, 타겟 검체에 대한 선택적 바인딩능을 갖는 분자각인 고분자(MIP) 층;
을 포함하고,
시료 내에 타겟 검체가 함유된 경우, 타겟 검체가 분자각인 고분자와 바인딩됨에 따라 발생하는 전기화학적 신호를 측정하여 시료 내 타겟 검체를 정량적 및/또는 정성적으로 검출하기 위한 분자각인 고분자 기반의 전기화학적 검출 플랫폼. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 칼코게나이드는 이황화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 분자각인 고분자 기반의 전기화학적 검출 플랫폼.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 이황화물은 이황화 셀레늄(SeS2)인 것을 특징으로 하는 분자각인 고분자 기반의 전기화학적 검출 플랫폼.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속유기골격(MOF)은 니켈(Ni) 금속유기골격(MOF), 코발트(Co) 금속유기골격(MOF), 철(Fe) 금속유기골격(MOF), 아연(Zn) 금속유기골격(MOF) 및 구리(Cu) 금속유기골격(MOF)로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 분자각인 고분자 기반의 전기화학적 검출 플랫폼.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 금속유기골격(MOF)은 코발트(Co) 금속유기골격(MOF)인 것을 특징으로 하는 분자각인 고분자 기반의 전기화학적 검출 플랫폼.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 칼코게나이드가 로딩된 금속유기골격(MOF)은 로드 형상의 코발트 금속유기골격 상에 구형의 칼코게나이드의 나노입자가 분포되어 있는 형태를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 분자각인 고분자 기반의 전기화학적 검출 플랫폼.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 칼코게나이드가 로딩된 금속유기골격(MOF)은 칼코게나이드 나노입자의 층이 금속유기골격(MOF)의 표면을 적어도 부분적으로 피복한 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 분자각인 고분자 기반의 전기화학적 검출 플랫폼.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전도성 고분자는 폴리아닐린(PANI), 폴리에틸렌디아민, 폴리피롤, 폴리아미노 페놀 및 폴리디아미노페놀로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 분자각인 고분자 기반의 전기화학적 검출 플랫폼.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 금속유기골격(MOF)은 Co-BTC-BIm MOF인 것을 특징으로 하는 분자각인 고분자 기반의 전기화학적 검출 플랫폼.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 칼코게나이드가 로딩된 금속유기골격(MOF) 내 MOF : 칼코게나이드 화합물의 비는, 중량 기준으로, 1 : 0.5 내지 1의 범위에서 정하여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 분자각인 고분자 기반의 전기화학적 검출 플랫폼.
- a) 금속유기골격(MOF)을 합성하는 단계;
b) 상기 합성된 금속유기골격(MOF)을 칼코게나이드와 조합하여 칼코게나이드가 로딩된 금속유기골격(MOF)을 합성하는 단계;
c) 상기 칼코게나이드가 로딩된 금속유기골격(MOF)을 액상 매질 내에 분산시킨 분산액을 전극과 접촉시켜 칼코게나이드-로딩된 금속유기골격(MOF)으로 개질된 전극을 형성하는 단계;
d) (i) 전도성 고분자, 및 (ii) 금(Au), 은(Ag), 팔라듐(Pd), 구리(Cu) 및 백금(Pt)으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 금속 나노입자를 포함하는 나노매트릭스를 제조한 후, 이를 상기 칼코게나이드-로딩된 금속유기골격(MOF)으로 개질된 전극 상에 고정시킴으로써 나노매트릭스 및 칼코게나이드-로딩된 금속유기골격(MOF)으로 개질된 전극을 제조하는 단계, 상기 적어도 하나의 금속 나노입자는 전도성 고분자의 매트릭스에 부착 또는 매립된 형태로 존재함; 및
e) 상기 나노매트릭스 및 칼코게나이드-로딩된 금속유기골격(MOF)으로 개질된 전극 상에 주형인 타겟 검체 및 단량체를 함유하는 반응 혼합물을 중합시켜 고분자를 형성한 다음, 중합된 고분자로부터 타겟 검체를 제거하여 캐비티를 형성함으로써 상기 타겟 검체에 대한 선택적 바인딩능을 갖는 분자각인 고분자 층을 형성하는 단계;
를 포함하며,
시료 내에 타겟 검체가 함유된 경우, 타겟 검체가 분자각인 고분자와 바인딩됨에 따라 발생하는 전기화학적 신호를 측정하여 시료 내 타겟 검체를 정량적 및/또는 정성적으로 검출하기 위한 분자각인 고분자 기반의 전기화학적 검출 플랫폼을 제조하는 방법. - 제11항에 있어서, 상기 단량체는 분자각인 고분자의 형성용 단량체에 대한 타겟 검체의 바인딩 에너지가 적어도 -50 내지 1 kcal/mol인 종류에서 선정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 단계 e)에서 중합 반응 시 타겟 검체와 단량체 간에 비공유 상호작용이 수반되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 타겟 검체가 파툴린인 경우, 상기 분자각인 고분자의 단량체는 p-아미노벤조산, o-페닐렌디아민, 아닐린, 페놀, 피롤, 2-아크릴아미도-2-메틸프로판 설폰산, 2-비닐피리딘, 디에틸아미노에틸 메타크릴레이트, 하이드록시에틸 메타크릴레이트, 에틸렌 글리콜 메타크릴레이트 포스페이트, 디비닐벤젠, 및 아크릴아미드합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 단계 c)에서 전극 상에 부착되는 칼코게나이드-로딩된 금속유기골격(MOF)의 량은 100 내지 800 ㎍/㎠의 범위에서 정하여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 나노매트릭스 내 전도성 고분자는 폴리아닐린이고, 그리고 상기 금속 나노입자는 금 나노입자이며,
또한, 상기 전도성 고분자의 분자량(Mw)은 1,000 내지 100,000의 범위이며, 그리고 상기 금속 나노입자의 사이즈(직경)는 3 내지 20 nm 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제11항에 있어서, 상기 단계 e)에서 타겟 검체 : 단량체의 몰 비는 1 : 3 내지 9의 범위에서 정하여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 단계 e)에서 중합된 고분자로부터 타겟 검체를 제거하기 위하여 추출이 수행되며, 이때 추출 용매는 물, PBS, 메탄올, 염산, 아세토니트릴, 톨루엔 및 클로로포름으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 타겟 검체에 대한 분자각인 고분자(MIP) 기반의 검출 플랫폼을 제공하는 단계; 및
상기 검출 플랫폼과 액상 시료를 접촉시켜 상기 액상 시료 내에 타겟 검체가 함유된 경우, 타겟 검체가 분자각인 고분자와 바인딩됨에 따라 발생하는 전기화학적 신호를 측정하는 단계;
를 포함하며,
상기 분자각인 고분자 기반의 검출 플랫폼은,
칼코게나이드가 로딩된 금속유기골격(MOF)이 부착된 전극,
상기 칼코게나이드가 로딩된 금속유기골격(MOF)이 부착된 전극에 고정되고, (i) 전도성 고분자와 (ii) 금(Au), 은(Ag), 팔라듐(Pd), 구리(Cu) 및 백금(Pt)으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 금속 나노입자를 포함하는 나노매트릭스, 및
상기 나노매트릭스 상에 형성되고, 타겟 검체에 대한 선택적 바인딩능을 갖는 분자각인 고분자(MIP) 층을 포함하며,
상기 적어도 하나의 금속 나노입자는 전도성 고분자의 매트릭스에 부착 또는 매립된 형태로 존재하는, 시료 내 타겟 검체를 정량적 및/또는 정성적으로 검출하는 방법. - 제19항에 있어서, 상기 타겟 검체는 곰팡이 독소 또는 진균 독소인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 타겟 검체는 파툴린인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 분자각인 고분자에 타겟 검체가 바인딩되지 않은 경우에 비하여 타겟 검체가 바인딩된 경우의 전자 전달능이 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 액상 시료의 pH는 5 내지 7.5 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 검출 플랫폼의 전기화학적 활성 표면적(ECASA)은 0.5 내지 1.5 ㎠인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
