Claims (14)
- 점탄성 재료의 손실 탄성률(LM)과 히스테리시스 손실(H)을 확인하는 단계; 및 상기 손실 탄성률(LM)과 히스테리시스 손실(H)로부터 하기 일반식 1에 따른 선택 지수(NP)를 확인하는 단계를 포함하는 등속 조인트용 부츠의 선택 방법:

NP = LM x H
상기 일반식 1에서, NP는 선택 지수(단위: MPa2)를 나타내며, LM은 손실 탄성률(단위: MPa)을 나타내고, H는 히스테리시스 손실(단위: MPa)이다.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 선택 지수(NP)가 2.5 MPa2 이상인 점탄성 재료를 선택하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 선택 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 손실 탄성률은, 두께, 폭 및 길이가 각각 0.5 mm, 6 mm 및 10 mm인 점탄성 재료의 판상 시편을 동적 기계 분석기에 장착한 상태에서 5%의 스트레인의 조건에서 주파수를 1 ㎐에서 3 ㎐까지 0.5 ㎐ 단위로 증가시키는 주파수 스윕법에 의해 확인된 2.5 ㎐에서의 손실 탄성률인 선택 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 손실 탄성률이 1 MPa 내지 10 MPa의 범위 내인 점탄성 재료를 선택하는 단계를 추가로 수행하는 선택 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 히스테리시스 손실은, 두께, 폭 및 길이가 각각 0.5 ㎜, 6 ㎜ 및 10 ㎜인 점탄성 재료의 판상 시편을 동적 기계 분석기에 장착한 상태에서 동적 스트레인 0 % 에서 3 %까지 분당 0.5 %씩 증가시킨 후에 3 %에서 0 %까지 분당 0.5 %씩 감소시켜서 구해지는 응력-변형 곡선의 적분값의 차이로부터 계산되는 선택 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 히스테리시스 손실이 0.1 MPa 내지 5 MPa의 범위 내인 점탄성 재료를 선택하는 단계를 추가로 수행하는 선택 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 점탄성 재료는 열가소성 엘라스토머인 선택 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 열가소성 엘라스토머는 천연 고무, 합성 고무, 우레탄계 열가소성 엘라스토머, 에스테르계 열가소성 엘라스토머, 아미드계 열가소성 엘라스토머, 올레핀계 열가소성 엘라스토머, 염화비닐계 열가소성 엘라스토머 및 스티렌계 열가소성 엘라스토머 중 적어도 1종 이상을 포함하는 선택 방법.
