Claims (11)
- 박막 트랜지스터에 연결된 제1 전극을 갖는 제1 및 제2 픽셀들을 포함하는 유기발광 다이오드 표시장치에 있어서,
상기 제1 픽셀의 제1 전극과 상기 제2 픽셀의 제1 전극 사이에 배치되고, 서로 다른 식각률(etch rate)을 갖는 두 종류의 물질이 혼합된 단차 보상층을 포함하고,
상기 단차 보상층은,
베이스층으로부터 돌출된 다수의 스파이크 패턴들을 포함하며,
상기 스파이크 패턴들은,
상기 두 종류의 물질 중 식각률이 낮은 물질을 포함하며,
상기 스파이크 패턴들은,
상기 제1 전극의 표면 위로 돌출되는, 유기발광 다이오드 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 및 제2 픽셀의 제1 전극들과 상기 단차 보상층을 덮는 유기 발광층을 더 포함하고,
상기 유기 발광층을 구성하는 층들 중 적어도 일부층의 표면은,
상기 단차 보상층 상에서 파면(波面)을 형성하는, 유기발광 다이오드 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 및 제2 픽셀의 제1 전극들과 상기 단차 보상층을 덮는 유기 발광층을 더 포함하고,

상기 스파이크 패턴들 사이의 간격은,
100nm 내지 200nm인, 유기발광 다이오드 표시장치.
- 박막 트랜지스터에 연결된 제1 전극을 갖는 제1 및 제2 픽셀들을 포함하는 유기발광 다이오드 표시장치 제조방법에 있어서,
기판 상에 도전 물질을 도포하고, 상기 제1 픽셀의 제1 전극이 형성될 영역 및 상기 제2 픽셀의 제1 전극이 형성될 영역에 대응하여 상기 도전 물질 상에 감광막을 형성하는 단계;
상기 도전 물질을 패턴하여, 상기 제1 픽셀의 제1 전극 및 상기 제2 픽셀의 제1 전극을 형성하는 단계;
상기 감광막이 배치된 상기 기판 상에, 서로 다른 식각률을 갖는 두 종류의 물질을 도포하는 단계;
상기 두 종류의 물질이 도포된 상기 기판 상에, 식각 공정을 진행하여 베이스층으로부터 돌출된 다수의 스파이크 패턴들을 갖는 단차 보상층을 형성하는 단계;
상기 제1 픽셀의 제1 전극 및 상기 제2 픽셀의 제1 전극 상에 배치된 상기 감광막을 제거하는 단계를 포함하며,
