Claims (15)
- 기판;
상기 기판 상에 서로 이격되어 배치되는 발광부 및 수광부;
상기 기판과 마주보고 상기 발광부 및 상기 수광부 상에 배치되는 덮개부;
상기 덮개부와 상기 발광부 사이에 배치되며, 상기 발광부에서 방출된 빛을 굴절시켜 상기 덮개부의 외부로 전달하는 제1 광가이드 렌즈부; 및
상기 덮개부와 상기 수광부 사이에 배치되며, 상기 덮개부의 외부에서 상기 수광부로 빛을 전달하는 제2 광가이드 렌즈부; 를 포함하고,
상기 제1 광가이드 렌즈부는 상기 기판과 마주보고 상기 기판에 대하여 경사각을 갖는 제1 입사면을 포함하고,
상기 제2 광가이드 렌즈부는 상기 기판과 마주보고 상기 기판에 대하여 경사각을 갖는 제2 출사면을 포함하고,
상기 제1 입사면과 상기 제2 출사면 각각에 배치된 DOE 렌즈를 더 포함하는 근조도 센서. - 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 광가이드 렌즈부는
상기 기판과 평행하며 상기 덮개부와 접하여 배치되는 제1 출사면; 및
상기 제1 입사면과 상기 제1 출사면을 잇는 제1 측면; 을 포함하는 근조도 센서. - 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 출사면에 대한 상기 제1 입사면의 경사각은 상기 제1 출사면에 대한 상기 제1 측면의 경사각보다 작은 근조도 센서.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 광가이드 렌즈부는
상기 기판과 평행하며 상기 덮개부와 접하여 배치되는 제2 입사면; 및
상기 제2 입사면과 상기 제2 출사면을 잇는 제2 측면; 을 포함하는 근조도 센서. - 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 제2 입사면에 대한 상기 제2 출사면의 경사각은 상기 제2 입사면에 대한 상기 제2 측면의 경사각보다 작은 근조도 센서.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 기판과 상기 덮개부 사이의 공간에 레진층을 더 포함하고,
상기 레진층은 상기 발광부 및 상기 수광부와 상기 제1 광가이드 렌즈부 및 상기 제2 광가이드 렌즈부를 감싸고 배치되는 근조도 센서. - 기판;
상기 기판 상에 서로 이격되어 배치되는 발광부 및 수광부; 및
상기 기판과 마주보고 상기 발광부 및 상기 수광부 상에 배치되는 덮개부; 를 포함하고,
상기 덮개부는 상기 발광부와 마주보는 위치에 형성된 제1홈부 및 상기 수광부와 마주보는 위치에 형성된 제2홈부를 포함하고,
상기 제1홈부 및 상기 제2홈부는 각각 제1경사면과 제2경사면을 포함하고,
상기 제1 및 제2 경사면 각각에 배치된 DOE 렌즈를 더 포함하는 근조도 센서. - 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 제1경사면의 상기 기판에 대한 경사각은 상기 제2경사면의 상기 기판에 대한 경사각보다 작은 근조도 센서.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 제1홈부 및 상기 제2홈부는 레진으로 채워진 근조도 센서.
- 제 1항 또는 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 수광부는 복수의 포토 다이오드를 포함하며,
상기 복수의 포토 다이오드는 적외선 파장 영역의 광을 수광하는 제1 포토 다이오드 및 가시 광선 파장 영역의 광을 수광하는 제2 포토 다이오드 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 근조도 센서. - 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 포토 다이오드는 매트릭스 형태로 배치된 근조도 센서.
- 제 1항 또는 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 발광부와 상기 수광부 사이에 배치되는 격벽부를 포함하는 근조도 센서.
- 제 1항 또는 제 7항에 있어서, 몸체부를 더 포함하며,
상기 몸체부는 상기 발광부와 상기 수광부가 각각 배치되는 캐비티를 포함하는 근조도 센서. - 디스플레이부;
상기 디스플레이부를 감싸고 배치되는 하우징부; 및
상기 하우징부 상에 배치되는 제 1항 또는 제 7항의 근조도 센서; 를 포함하는 휴대용 단말기. - 제 14항에 있어서, 상기 근조도 센서에서 감지한 사용자의 동작에 따라 상기 디스플레이부를 제어하는 제어부를 포함하는 휴대용 단말기.
