Claims (13)
- 술폰화된 고분자 수용액 및 알코올을 포함하며,
상기 알코올 및 술폰화된 고분자 수용액의 용매인 물은 4:3 내지 3:4의 중량비로 혼합되는 강화 분리막 제조용 수지 조성물로,
상기 강화 분리막 제조용 수지 조성물의 점도는 100 내지 3000cps인 것을 특징으로 하는 강화 분리막 제조용 수지 조성물. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 알코올은 메탄올, 에탄올, 1-프로판올, 이소프로판올 및 부탄올로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강화 분리막 제조용 수지 조성물.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 알코올은 1-프로판올을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강화 분리막 제조용 수지 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 술폰화된 고분자는 퍼플루오르술폰산계 고분자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강화 분리막 제조용 수지 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 강화 분리막 제조용 수지 조성물 총 중량에 대하여 술폰화된 고분자 10 내지 40 중량%, 알코올 17 내지 52 중량% 및 물 25 내지 65 중량%로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 강화 분리막 제조용 수지 조성물.
- 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 강화 분리막 제조용 수지 조성물은 추가로 끓는점이 100℃ 이상인 유기용매를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강화 분리막 제조용 수지 조성물.
- 청구항 7에 있어서, 끓는점이 100℃ 이상인 유기용매는 디메틸아세트아마이드, N-메틸-2-피롤리돈, 디메틸포름아마이드 및 디메틸설폭사이드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강화 분리막 제조용 수지 조성물.
- 청구항 7에 있어서, 상기 끓는점이 100℃ 이상인 유기용매는 술폰화된 고분자 총 중량에 대하여 5 내지 30 중량%로 포함되는 강화 분리막 제조용 수지 조성물.
- 청구항 1 내지 5 및 청구항 7 내지 9 중 어느 한 항의 강화 분리막 제조용 수지 조성물을 다공성 기재에 함침하여 시트 형태의 강화 분리막을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 강화 분리막 제조방법.
- 청구항 10에 있어서, 상기 시트 형태의 강화 분리막 제조는 롤투롤 공정에 의해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 강화 분리막 제조방법.
- 음극; 양극; 및 상기 음극과 상기 양극 사이에 배치되는 강화 분리막을 포함하는 전지로,
상기 강화 분리막은 청구항 1 내지 5 및 청구항 7 내지 9 중 어느 한 항의 강화 분리막 제조용 수지 조성물로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지. - 청구항 12에 있어서, 상기 전지는 바나듐 레독스 플로우 전지인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
