도 2는 본 발명의 비교예 1에서 제조된 심초형 복합섬유의 단면도이다.

Claims (16)
- 심부(core); 및 상기 심부를 둘러싸도록 배치되는 초부(sheath); 를 포함하는 심초형 복합섬유로서,
상기 심부는 ASTM D 1238에 의하여 측정된 용융지수(MI ; melt index)가 10 ~ 20 g/10분인 폴리프로필렌 수지를 포함하고,
상기 초부는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌(HDPE ; high density polyethylene) 수지를 포함하며,
상기 심초형 복합섬유는 나권(spiral)형의 권축 형태를 가지고, 심부의 단면적은 전체 심초형 복합섬유의 단면적 대비 45 ~ 55%로 구성되며, 2 ~ 5%의 수축율, 30 ~ 60%의 결정화도를 가지고, 하기 조건 (1)을 만족하며, 하기 관계식 1에 의해 측정된 편심도(eccentric rate)가 25 ~ 40%인 것을 특징으로 하는 위생재용 열접착성 심초형 복합섬유.

상기 부직포는 하기 관계식 2에 의해 측정된 단위 중량당 두께가 0.07 mm/g/m2 이상이고, 하기 관계식 3에 의해 측정된 두께 회복율이 85% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 위생재용 부직포.

상기 관계식 2 및 3에 있어서, A는 125mm X 125mm 크기로 제단된 부직포의 상부에 300g/m2 중량의 압력판을 적재 후 측정한 부직포 두께이고, B는 125mm X 125mm 크기로 제단된 부직포의 상부에 300g/m2 중량의 압력판을 24시간 동안 적재 후 압력판을 2시간 동안 제거하고, 다시 300g/m2 중량의 압력판을 적재 후 측정한 부직포 두께이다.
- 제12항에 있어서,
상기 부직포는 제1항의 심초형 복합섬유를 이용하여, 에어스루본딩(air-through bonding)법 또는 캘린더링(calendaring)법에 의하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 위생재용 부직포.
- 제13항에 있어서,
상기 부직포는 에어스루본딩(through-air bonding)법에 의해 제조시, 18 ~ 22 g/m2 단위중량을 가지고, NWSP 070.3.R0 (15) 측정법에 의해 측정시 2초 이하의 흡수속도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 위생재용 부직포.
- ASTM D 1238에 의하여 측정된 용융지수(MI ; melt index)가 10 ~ 20 g/10분인 폴리프로필렌 수지를 포함하는 심부(core)형성 수지 및 고밀도 폴리에틸렌(HDPE ; high density polyethylene) 수지를 포함하는 초부(sheath)형성 수지를 복합방사구금에 투입 및 복합방사하여 미연신 심초형 서브토우(sub-tow)를 제조하는 제1단계;
상기 미연신 심초형 서브토우를 연신하는 제2단계;
상기 연신된 서브토우를 친수성 유제에 침적하여 표면을 코팅시키는 제3단계;
표면이 코팅된 서브토우에 권축(Crimp)을 부여하는 제4단계; 및
권축된 서브토우를 컷팅(Cutting)하여 위생재용 열접착성 심초형 복합섬유를 제조하는 제5단계; 를 포함하고,
상기 제조한 심초형 복합섬유는 나권(spiral)형의 권축 형태를 가지고, 심부의 단면적은 전체 심초형 복합섬유의 단면적 대비 45 ~ 55%로 구성되며, 2 ~ 5%의 수축율, 30 ~ 60%의 결정화도를 가지고, 하기 조건 (1)을 만족하며, 하기 관계식 1에 의해 측정된 편심도(eccentric rate)가 25 ~ 40%인 것을 특징으로 하는 위생재용 열접착성 심초형 복합섬유의 제조방법.
